You don't need to join blue chamber collective to get the key on your main character. Simply join the faction you want then return to your home town immediately and do the quest the guard gives you to save the town from the bandit gang. He then gives you the key.

You dont even have to do that, just clear out vendavel fortress at any point then the next time you go to Cierzo the guy at the gate gives you the key.

That's a lot of work for the Tsar set! I guess I'm lucky I start playing the game in the beginning before they fixed the graveyard bug where you can get a stone once a in game week!!! Yay me lol got to say it's a good idea though and great video!

You can get cierzo town key by beating bandits up at vendavil fortress or whatever in cierzo. You get a ton of good gear there to sell. But don't go there right out of the gate. You'll get stomped. If you want a shield build there are some good ones there especially from the boss

Another thing that can be sold for high price are horror weapons, and they can be made pretty quickly to if you use the cabal temple to farm shell horrors for materials

I'm pretty sure you can get the cierzo town key without joining the blue chamber, I went with the Holy Mission with my MC and still got the key somehow. I think I got it through the Vendavel Questline

That's correct, Burac gives you the Cierzo town key as a reward at the end of the Vendavel Quest. The method I used in this video is a much faster way to obtain the key though and since the character in the video has only been created to get the key and will be sent to the void later, may as well go with the fastest method for the shenanigans.

yooooo the tip about making new characters and leaving them in towns is needed even on your first playthrough...running from towns is only cool the first time. never again is it fun. doing that tonight.

i've been debating on duping money right now. I'm still on my first playthrough, haven't spent my breakthroughs yet but have got a lot of smaller skills for classes. I'm playing with a friend and i don't get time to make warm potions whenever we play for silver as thats my most solid way to make money. I don't want to completely break the game, i got all teh blue sand armor on my own too, but i want to unlock some breakthrough skills and they cost so much silver. Things have been going well so far with the fang greatsword and coralhorn bow, well on my way to the horrow bow as well

I'd say for your first playthrough be wary of shenanigans, in my opinion it's more fun to get out into the world, explore and embrace the challenge on your first play through. But in saying that, just do whatever makes the game fun and enjoyable for you.

I feel like they may patch this somehow eventually. I have been using this method after accidentally deleting my materials pack mule.

Yeah, as handy as it is as a means to get resources fast, I think that a good fix and something that would make legacy items far cooler is if the item wasn't duplicated and legitimately passed down to another character! "This sword has been in my family for generations," :P

nah, to farm silver, go to the woman (forgott her name) who wants you to bring a mushroom shield to her, just start dialoge and push 1 and 1,2 fast then you get 3 blue sand, 3 gold bar and 3 crystals, do this as many times as you want

You can only put one tsar stone in each legacy chest at a time. There are 4 legacy chests in the world, but the cierzo is easily the most convenient and is the quickest way to get money or tsar stones

Im to dumb to get it Right (also doing this in a PS4) I put a gold bar as legacy, created the farm character, then go on split screen but I can only retrieve 1 gold bar... And no more. The same I placed as legacy, what am I doing wrong?

You can only get one item per legacy chest so use a really high value item such as the pillar greathammer. you can see item values on the outward wiki so you can see if you have a high value item that will work.

Does this still work? More importantly, the split screen silver farm?

Yeah you can, but different people draw the line at different places in terms of what's too dodgy You can use the debug menu to set up a character with 100 gold bars then drop the bars and load a previous save that still has the 100 gold bars if you want, or just use the debug menu to spawn silver or gold. Too each their own in terms of what they consider too dodgy/what they find fun in the game. It's a single player game so no harm in doing whatever you think is fun, regardless of how you do it. For me I like to draw the line at this version of legacy chest shenanigans if I'm planning to play the character.

Doesnt work on xbox. You cant use the same profile to do all the steps. Requires 2 profiles to do split screen. And when it gets to the tsar farm part is when it falls apart. You can't use profile 1 to legacy a character in profile 2. And cant run two characters off one profile

It does, you just use 1 profile for the legacy system and then give the stones and money to the other profile’s character, then give them back to a different character on your main profile

I legit thought I was the only one who found this lol.

Still working. I put 1 tzar stone (in the legacy chest) by my main character, then create new one (jim). Run all the way to cellar and start split screen. Open chest with my main and take tzar stone. Create new character and repeat. When i have enough stones on my main, i load his save and take my stone from legacy chest)

so i've just been following this to get the Tsar stones, ive noticed at the entrance to the fort with the ghosts there is a chest outside the door to the right i check this every time as some times there are power coils in it which are usefull for getting the 100kg back pack from the bandit village. Also when you enter the fort there are 2 potions in the first room one in a bucket on the right and another on the bench just to the left of that one i found these super usefull when fighting ghosts, another thing is the chest in the top of the fort befor you leave you can kite the big guy out and close the gate on him and loot the chest, i've made about 2000 silver from it with 11 Tsar stone runs. EDIT:i did it the slow way cus i hadnt unlocked the area for the chest so i ran to get the stone 11 times, i did how ever get a whole bunch of usefull potions and weapon buffs

To get splitscreen to work on PC I believe you need to have a controller connected. There may be a mod that works around this but I'm not sure.

You can farm silver faster on consoles, probably on PC too, but i'm not sure. It does not require any item or going away from Cierzo. The only requirement is that you have some silver say, 1000 to begin with. The process goes like this: Step 1: With a main Jim, create the save while you still have 1000 silver in the inventory Step 2: Isolate that save on USB Step 3: Load your main Jim and start split screen with a mule Jim Step 4: Give 1000 silver from main Jim to mule Jim Step 5: Save with mule Jim and exit the game. Step 6: put back your save and load it again All done, now you have 1000 silver on a main Jim and 1000 on a mule Jim. It doesn't sound as much, but do this few times, and you will then have 4000, then 8000, 16000, 32000, 64000, 128000 and so on. :)

This method wouldn't actually require you to have a legacy either, just 2 controllers and a usb... Clever. Also couldn't you do this if you used the cloud on ps4? Technically the same way, upload your main save that has 1k silver, give it to mule, save on mule, quit, redownload save on your main, rinse and repeat.

I just do the horror weapon farming. It’s tedious but I love running around in the main four regions. Caldera needs better music.

Does anyone else not understand how to 'farm' the tsar stones? Once you use the character to remove it from the chest its just out of the chest... how does it duplicate exactly?

The original Tsar stone is still in the legacy chest of the character who first placed it there, so you can create a new character and continually use the other character as legacy option to generate new stones from the original. This may have been patched however.

@@ChurchyPlays Okay, yeah confirmed it still works on PC. I just wasn't understanding you had to create a new character each time. Also when you go back to main menu once you have the stone in your inventory the loading screen may coninually load without end. This is fine, just alt f4 and reload the game, it still saves progress with the new stone. Thanks!

To my knowledge ( I may be wrong) the most tsar stones you can normally get without this in one playthrough is 7: 1 from Vanasse grave 1 from a perfect success in a faction quest line 5 from legacy chests( if you have the dlc) If there are any more ways to get tsar stones other than this video or those methods please let me know Edit: you can get 3 more: look on the outward wiki for that

Yes it does, but it requires two xbox accounts and 2 controllers. Also a helpful tip, if you name your throw away characters "Code Sonic" then go to settings and enable super speed it will help with all the running.

Wait a minute. I dont know if this going to be a noob question but why the tsar stone needs to be in the legasy chest? Cant you just simply drop it during split to the character who needs it??? Im not going to edit my comment :) YEAP i just asked a noob question!!!! 3rd edit : Sorry but i still dont get it!! Didnt try anything yet. Can i use my main and only character to go get the stone? I'm not very sure, but years ago I did exactly what you say, and apparently it works, it is not necessary to do it through the legacy chest, although apparently it is more tedious, due to the journey.

Well, better and faster to cheat with Debug mode. Same result without waste tons of time with splitscreen hacks

I exploited this like A LOT making a fraudulent amount of silver and tsar stone.

patched......... you need 2 seperate accounts now to play the game, cant create characters like that anymore on the same account. you can not play the game with more than one character on the same account anymore at least on console

I know a simpler way, just run CheatEngine and print silver endlessly, the effect is the same.

Never understood this. If you want to break the game, why spend so much effort? Just use debug mode, and do whatever in 5 seconds. Cheating is cheating., regardless of effort.

Quite boring way to do it, the Tsar stones I understand, you need 11 for the armor and you can only get 4 on each character. But the gold ... is just too boring, you are supposed to get gold by playing the game, not just starting 20 new characters and abusing the split screen. Would be nice to see real advice on how to get gold, like for example, you were talking about the spire of light, you have there a gold farm, those gold mechanisms the enemies drop, combined with iron swords/maces (or round shiled) and firefly powder create the gold swords/maces (or shield) which you can sell for 240 silver each (even more in Levante). That's a lot of money you get and you also have some worthy fights meanwhile, which is how the game is mean to be played, not just starting characters over and over.

Make a Berserk anime inspired character :o

If you want to abuse the game on PC, just use the debug menu and spawn whatever items you want.
