Actually to my knowledge it's in Drop B but the low B isn't utilized in the main riff.

Correction animals is using drop B tuning with a octave pedal

Holy the ending totally blue balled me, I thought he was gonna go into the next verse of Rip and Tear. Sound is awesome though

With proper setup plays good but could be better. Still is budget guitar just check if i like 7 string stuff :D

yooo same guitar! Got a question, how does it handle those super low tunings like F? 25.5 scale seems like not too much for a 7 string, especially downtuned. Great playing btw 🤘

Hard to say I just drop tuned do A and use digitech drop when recording or want to pay somthig lower

if you ask me they shouldn't but there is many new guitarist that start on 7 string or want to play drop C right away

@@30_second_guitar REAL. I began on a 6 for literally a few weeks, and got an Ibanez 7 string straight away. Definitely challenging but possible. 8 strings felt MUCH harder, but 7 was a decent middle ground. It's like "hard mode" learning with a 7, even though learning is fairly difficult already, but it's invaluable to be able to play all the stuff you listen to and enjoy doing it. Beginners should learn on a 6, though, I do a bit of 6 string stuff now, but I'd never give up the 7 for anything just because of how fun it is.

Yes, but you can play whole song in Drop D. For Example when Matt Heafy from Trivium play with Sepultura he play in Drop D And years ago when i learn to play this i learn in drop D But yep orginal is played in Standard D

In one hand its simple in other playing all bands souding good its not so easy task and if i am correct oryginal its record in some wierd tuning (quarter step down)

Yeah i know ;) There was already comment about that. But you can also play this ind Drop D. You can even watch when they play with Heafy he play in Drop D tuning and Andreas in Standard D

not brutal riffs at all. If that's the case then playing open bottom string will be brutal too

I think you mistaking Metal Elitist with metalhead ;) but overall i agree with 1 think. People dont care if you play on 1 string or 10 string guitar. People just want to hear good music
