Love the idea for this novel! Isn’t it a gift that we writers possess - to be able to channel our struggles into our art? But I understand how that can also be a difficult balance sometimes. It’s good to set boundaries and have patience with ourselves. Can’t wait to see where this story takes you!

Thank you! Yes, my writing has been a great way to work through emotions and make the characters more well rounded and real. I honestly can't wait to dive into this story and these characters.

Awww. Welcome back! I'm a little slower with content now since I'm writing/working.etc, but I'm here creating content as I can. Happy to have you here again. :)

Excited for ur new works. Big hugs, know how tough it can be looking after a loved one. Went through something similar with my dad. Writing has been my escape, way of processing situations. But can be scary revisiting those pieces. #strongheart

I understand, assisting with a relative who could have a similar issue with your grandmother. It can be very difficult, but somehow we get through it

We sure do. But I wish I'd put my own mental and physical health as a priority sooner. I had no idea life could be like this. I don't regret caring for her, but I do regret not caring for myself the way I needed. Good luck and know you aren't alone.

Big hugs to you, Julie!! Going through something similar with my mom. (She fell towards the end of October and been watching her slow decline as she lives in a home. Was really hopeful she'd go home to my dad but ... AND our dog is sick... 😥) So I've been trying to learn how to write through life's difficulties, and it hasn't been easy. Giving yourself grace is the first step. I don't read romance, but I will support you through your YT channel! I've been following you for so long. Have you looked into Ream? I wish I had more info to give to you about it, but I've read many are using that site to make money, releasing maybe chapters at a time depending on different tiers? I also think romance writers do well there. Have a wonderful weekend! And I love your plotting journal. :) Barbara
