Great progression! Much better than getting thrown on the practice turf and told to dive for the balls. Keep up with the awesome videos!!

That's awesome! Keep grinding!

This is a great diving drill. My players are 6-10 years old, and they are afraid of everything!

I'm right-handed and play first, if I dive for a ball on the infield side is it the same thing just turning the different way with all the same steps

If you look up how to dive for a baseball all these videos come up with women doing it. Weird.
