The video is very good and is very detailed. Thank you. But there is an important detail: the left hook of the bulb IS BROKEN and a part is in the body (see the video). That is why they are easy to extract the bulb. Really, the task of removing the optical group is painful and almost impossible to do without breaking it. It is a blunder from Renault that can give you a very hard time.

The quality is not too high. And especially if you were to do it on a cold day, it is very dangerous to have something break down.
