  Hello, you can connect the negative side directly to the battery. And the positive wire to the positive wire to the bulb from the licence plate. I have also made a video how i connected it to my 2023 CB650R. kzread.info/dash/bejne/qml5s9xvZNGYkco.html

  Good job! Nice that you were honest all around, wven showing that you couldn't fix it with only a new rack. The same same happened to me, I jacked.it.up incorrectly, damaged the motor... Tried two motors and nothing, just replaced the rack and have two flex ray errors like yours. So probably i have a bad 125A fuse. I think you need to buy an entire harness and not just the fuse. How much was yours at the dealer?

  Hello, also other people let me know that they had broken there power steering rack by jacking the car up. So it happens more than you think. Because renzo had a aftermarket gps screen, they had to build the genuine screen in before they want/could work on the bmw. It was a huge bill. Around 500€ i think. But when you go to the official dealer, you know you pay a lot of money, my dad just let his brake disks and brake pads replace on his 320 D GT from 10 years old (F34 i think) and they asked 740€ for it in the official dealership. If you replace it buy brembo parts, bought on mister auto. You are 160€ poorer. Only for one hour work. 580€ CRAZY.

  Hello bro, my car is 2018 g30 luxury model which doesn't have paddle shifter, so I changed it to M steering wheel which it has paddle. Question is only thing I need to do is adding code to activate paddle shifter or should I install another line for it?

  Hello, i am glad you enjoyed the rebuild series. It will continue when the back wheel/rim will arrive, it' s stuck with customs in bruxelles. I could advice you to buy the "Haynes service and repair manual" number 6461. Or you can see older videos of me when i am working on my cbr650r from 2019. It is almost the same bike like my cb650r from 2023. I have removed the back and front wheel, did oil changes, changed the airfilter, let the fuel tank repaint and applyd the stickers myself. Placed mirror extenders and so on. So enjoy the older videos if you want. Have a lot of fun on your new adventure with your bike. A lot of safe and fun miles. Greetings Jan

  Such a shame they dont suply black bolts and the part does not fit the design of the bike. For sure they do their job well but ruining the design ALOT

  Hello Mohammed, The haynes service and repair manual that i have is number 6461. And it could be used for your 2023 model also for about 90% i think. Like example, the license plate holder is changed, and also the mounting of it. And maybe also a few other changes, buth the most parts are identical. So you can surely buy the manual.   The connectors aren't really a piece of cake.... Had to trim plastic groove on one to fit my Chinese made upgrade...but nice now done and smart addition to my Clio 4 dci.... thanks....

  Great video! So you didn’t connect also positive to the battery because maybe that way Tom Tom would be always on? That’s why you used the license plate battery cable?

  Indeed. That is correct. If you Connect positive and negative straight to the battery. The TomTom could drain your battery when you forget to take the TomTom of the bike when it is off. And also when the TomTom is off the holder. The 2 connectors on the holder could short cut the battery when it is raining.

  Hi, i have a question. Now i made my navi connection with the light for plate and from there i'm not sure, while navi battery is totally empty, i can not be shure is it enough strong electricity in the cable to charge it, because navi don't show charging when i put the contact on of the bike. Is it enough power in the cable of the plate for navi or possible not? The bike is Suzuki GSF650S '05 Thank you

  Hello, i have connected 3 bikes this way, and everytime it worked perfect, with the tomtom rider you see in the video. Now i have bought a honda cb650r from 2023 that i am rebuilding and i am going also to connect it the way i showed in the video. I think the best thing you can do is to measure out of the pins from the holder from your gps is giving 12 or 13 Volts. The cable is thick enough to give enough power. So i think you are not getting 12Volts on your gps holder, or the gps is not working fine. Good luck. Greetings jan

  The same problem occurred in my 2013 Corsam. My fan was working constantly. At the service, they connected it to the computer. It showed a thermostat failure. The thermostat was changed. The fan returned to normal. The light went out.

  I did it the other way on my Vstrom 650. Got an aftermarket 51t rear with stock 15t front. VERY good. And I can easily go back to stock by switching to a 17t front and don't have to change the chain anymore.

  привет! чтобы заменить лампочку разобрал пластик!? серьезно!? одной рукой там все легко меняется =) с левой стороны от мотоцикла снизу вытаскиваешь розетку, потом снимаешь пыльник резиновый. ну а дальше 2 (!) зажимные металлические пружины/скобы отстегиваешь и достаешь лампочку =). минилинзы увы не подойдут, необходимо подтачивать отражатель. из готового решения или лед лампа под цоколь H4 или линза 2,5" или меньше (но это уже снимать и разбирать всю фару).

  We tried to do it when the headlight was still in the bike, but that did not to be possible, i do not have baby hands. So if i have to do it again, i will do it still the same like i showed in the video. You can reach it, and you can not see wath you are doing. So maybe you put in the bulb the wrong way. Or you can not lock it. But if it works for you, great.
