The show was filmed in Charleston, but we live/lived in the Outer Banks! I have no ties in Charleston unfortunately. I would recommend Southport NC though!

I feel like goergetown South Carolina witch is an hour or away from where they is more like the outer banks than where they are

does louis have a dog 💀 i’m going to ECUs coastal campus and i took a little weekend trip for open house and i stopped at the currituck lighthouse and i snuck in passed closing and a dog just randomly showed up and came out of the lighthouse

Thanks for the fun. Have to admit, I do usually think of OBX as places like Hatteras, Buxton, Frisco....places further out on a real island ( Hatteras Island). I'm assuming this was shot in the Nags Head area. Is Manteo even on the the OBX? Anyway, Charleston for sure is not on th OBX...lol. And no....Pogues is a made-up term and Kooks is a term used for wannabee surfers who endangers real surfers in the water.

Wish I could find apartments for rent down in obx or Charleston.. it seems it’s impossible

Lol! It’s all in good fun, we would never damage anyone’s property. We’ve actually talked to the people who own the pool we would sneak into all the time and they said to help ourselves!
