Here is a look back at Outdoor Wilderness Living School LLC (OWLS) Ancient Living Skills programs for public schools from 2019 featuring Butte Central Catholic School, Middle Creek Montessori, and several programs from Harrison Public School, all here in southwest Montana. This includes day camps and multi-night camping trips with kids from first through eighth grade featuring wilderness survival skills such as shelter construction, fire-starting with flint and steel and bowdrill, wild edible greens, cooking stir-fry with hot rocks, baking in a mud oven and a stone oven, make coal-burned bowls, stalking skills and stalking games, canoeing practice and fun, fun, fun!
