That would have cost $600 at home depot, without the slide, $900 with the it. I'm a little late, but looking for ideas to build my daughter one and stumbled upon yours, great job

Thank you very much! I think in that case I would dig pavers in to give yourself a flat surface or Id leave the legs long and then cut them to size where you end up putting the set.

Great job!!! I just build a swing set for my granddaughters. First thing she ask after she was swinging was were is the slide? Well i was lucky to get a slide from another grandfather who’s grandkids who are teenagers now. i only wish you had detail plans that i could used. At least over all size like height and list of lumber you used. I would have paid for your plans. Thank you for your video. Also your music was great!!!

Thats awesome! I really appreciate it. When I made this I made it up as I went but the platform is 3'x3'x4' tall. Its great that you made that swing and super fortunate to find someone with a slide

I don't know what brand it was but we picked it up at home depot.

It was about 120 for the lumber and hardware and then 90 for the slide.

watching this in 2021, i wish i had 5,000 to build this now

What kind of wood did you use? Pressure treated wood?

Yes, it was all pressure treated. Another good option is cedar

I don't actually have any plans. I just kind of made it up as I went. I can say the platform is 4 1/4' off the ground and its a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 platform. It cost about 120 for the lumber and 60 for the slide.

How tall is the whole thing?

Overall it was about 6.5 feet. The platform was 4 feet of the ground and the hand rails were roughly 32" on top of that

i am going to copy your design, but i am going to make it with a little more space for the kids to play on
