В родном городе я постоянно видел быдло вокруг. Когда я окончил школу, я поступил на 1й курс в другой город и там увидел тоже самое быдло. Я был постоянно один, без друзей, в чужом городе. Решил записаться на Рукопашку, вот там то я и понял всю романтику тренировок, со временем я научился различать хороших людей. Автор, ты мне напомнил о том времени, у меня сейчас такая ностальгия. Спасибо большое тебе за этот фильм!

I'm from India. I excercise and i also smoke but i want to quit smoking do that I can on other level but i always fail.

And now I need a complete 3+ Hour movie..

When I first started calisthenics , this video was my motivation , I started by this video , and sometimes I come and I watch this video again and again

Блин, субтитры. Я думал озвучка английская. Я бы послушал голоса. Эх, к сожалению нет.

Фильм классный. Мое мнение(подчеркиваю это): Неубедителная игра актеров, возможно гонорар их задел или идея непонята. Сценарист упустил момент старта интереса у школьников к персоне из Workout'а. Другими словами: почему парни заинтересовались... Что привлекло их... как они поняли пользу физических упражнений для жизни... Как многолетняя мощная пропаганда "крутого" пьющего алкогольный напиток или курящего что-либо выбита из них... Я бы добавил в сценарий бой, в котором главный персонаж отвечает нападкам стада(3-5 тел мужского рода) алкоголиков, который был увиден парнями, за тем добавил бы картину приставания(настойчивого) девушек модельного вида, которым он вежливо отказывает опираясь на их образ жизни. После чего парни наблюдая за поведением главного персонажа(якобы изгоя), начинают понимать - "тренировки это не западло" и начинают понемногу заниматься. В конце бы добавил титры: "Первый парень стал очень развитым и многократно участвовал в соревнованиях по Workout в которых занимал и призовые места, второй ... третий и т.д.", для убедительности добавил бы несколько фото, якобы подтверждающих это. А вообще молодцы!!!! Вы реально делаете Мир лучше, Ваша съемочная группа и артисты - достоины Уважения уже за это.

проблема большинства мелких городов и многих деревень и глубинок) просто многие не знают чем заняться а пропаганда цепкими руками старается у себя удержать
