I just finished Death and Ramen and was so impressed with Bobby's acting that I decided to look up more of his film work and came across this one. So glad I did. Loved both short films. I'd like to see Bobby do more serious roles. He has some acting chops on him.

I can't believe the two short films of Bobby Lee's I've seen the last 30 minutes. I had no clue. I need more Bobby Lee. This was amazing. The two rock bottom parallels and the want for just 30 seconds more made my heart hurt in the best way.

For real. I know he plays up his quirkiness and open sincerity almost like a pseudo character. I'm sure this is more like the real him if he can tap into it like this. Here in 2024. Huge fan of Bobby. The people who are saying they are surprised must not have seen him act at all. He’s always been a talented actor. He just never gets the opportunity to take on non comedy roles because he’s been type casted like majority of actors do. He’s a natural on screen and his appearance in anything is undeniably entertaining. So I’m not surprised by the presence of his talent, but I am pretty damn impressed at his talent range as an actor! Dude, this is more touching than 98% of what comes out of Hollywood. Maybe even 100% anymore. You definitely need to do more of these and do all types of different short films. Comedy, drama, action, romantic stuff, mix it up. I would really love to see his active skills in every type of film. And I’m sure many studios, whenever the strike gets done, would love to see his versatility. He’s incredible. Very believable in this and the girls were both awesome. The second one, the emotion on her face, just amazing. Thank you for this. I will definitely be checking out the channel more and more.

nothing like a good exaggerated anecdotal % quote to sound profound and drive your point. "98% of what comes out of Hollywood" isnt made with the intention to be 'touching'. Theres hundreds of films made a year with maybe a handful intended to be truly deep and introspective. Youre throwing out 98% as if it Hollywood isnt predominantly 37 Fast and Furious movies and 3 monthly Marvel films. Thats why movies like Eternal Sunshine, Marriage Story & Shawshank are so few and far between. This is fantastic but dont be the "tHiS iS bEtTeR ThAn 99% oF mUsIc ReLeaSeD ThEsE DaYs" peak boomer guy.

That was an incredible short film. People make all these rules up about short films. You shouldn’t have much dialogue - don’t do this - don’t do that. But you just smashed it. Really heartfelt and powerful. Inspiring.

Omg that film made me super anxious with suspense building. Plus Bobby really played part brilliantly! Even the non speaking parts where so real😢❤

That was far more than I expected, and yet, I feel as though I just ate half of the most delicious burger I've ever had, and when I when I went to reach for the other half, it wasn't there. What a great performance by Bobby. I was absolutely glued to the screen. It's rare that something catches me like that. I really do wish it was longer though.

I can see Bobby having a lead role in an independent melancholic arthouse drama and be amazing in it

I love how much we all love and cherish Bobby. So proud of you, Slept King.

That was surprisingly good, only clicked on this because of Bobby and taught it'll be something funny, loved it tho, never seen this side of Bobby's acting skills before. I also loved the use of that version of "Human Sadness" by JC and The Voidz at the end
