The Jorts/pens combo is definitely about to take off somewhere, also I think I might need more stories about unknown radiation in my life, or maybe just stories about things that people don't know they have, great video!

Gojira & Mastodon hell yeah Peter

As someone who moved to an area like that laboratory, the roads might not be clearly marked as leading to a restricted area until too late. We hear too many wrong turn stories from visitors that end in searches and anxiety attacks. Our area is still unveiling situations where we might not have been AS diligent with materials and practices, like this one.

Hello Peter it's been some years I'm following your work and I'd like to say thank you even though you don't even read this post. I used to draw when I was younger then just stoped because of school pressure. Now I started again few years ago and it became my favorite activitiy again beside juggling (wich is mostly my job beside beeing a passion). Looking at your art, and videos helped me a lot overcoming some mental brakes I buit with years and ideas of what my work should look like. Now I mostly enjoy the act of drawing in itself, looking how the ink behaves on the papers, walls etc... So thank you again for sharing and inspiring me and many others ! Cheers from France ;)

its been a looong time since ive watched your videos. i was like, "oh, gojira and mastodon! awesome!" and then as soon as you said "metal" pen i was like...this fuckin guy. This Guy!!! it was such a "i missed him" moment lol

I have been a fountain pen collector/user for the past 10 years and had never wanted this pen until about a month ago, I got a new passport TN so this made sense (although my e95s fits great too). Totally get loving this pen its pretty awesome for some reason I cant really explain except I do love the super smooth nib. Good buy and congrats on your new pen Peter! BTW it's under $60 on Goulet pens.

I think what “chipped away” might have been some kind of protective coating rather than a piece of brass. Things made of brass, bronze or copper start oxidizing immediately, so they couldn’t be stored and then delivered and still maintain this shiny new appearance. While technical items are delivered oiled, jewelry and desktop items of those alloys often have a thin coat of shellac or something similar instead.

I love the story with the drawing, they went together quite nicely. The pen looks like it would be a great pen for "on the go" people who don't have much room in a short (small) pocket notebook.

I like it. I wasn't sure if I liked it at first, but the more you showed of it, the more I changed my mind. Now I really like it.

That metal pen is Rad :) I do really like the idea of a metal pen, mostly for its durability. But every time I hold that slippery metal between my dry finger tips I wonder how anyone can use them for more than 15 minutes. Plastic just seems to have a naturally better grip to it and very few companies see the need to add good knurling to their metal pens. In short I envy your metal holding abilities.

I feel the same way after trying a lot of metal pens. Gravitas has the best metal grip section I've used so far - it's got radial grooves that go across the whole part, and it is really nice to hold!

Yeah I prefer converters generally too, but maybe I’ll try refilling this cartridge with a syringe. Also someone on Instagram said you can use a kaweco piston in it, you just can’t fill it up all the way, only about 2/3rds

Love this one of the pens

I love the diplomat Aero fountain pens. They have nice feel and balance. Write smooth and with the shape they can be used as a self defense weapon if need or pop out a car window in a emergency.
