It was a lot Amanda to deal with over the holidays. I get it. My son has had 4 surgeries 1 emergency PICU stay for RSV and now needs a major surgery for scoliosis. There is nothing easy about have medically frail children. Have tough decisions to make about your child’s life. Nothing easy about any of it. I truly feel for you. My son is 5. I adopted him. Never knew the trip we would be on. But I do know I would trade him for the world! As hard as it has been he is my boy. But every time we are faced with a surgery it test me and stretches me so thin. No need to an apology. You have an important job to do and first it is being a parent then it is to be a vlogger or whatever job you do! Take care of you too!

Apparently it's genetic as to whether coriander (what we call cilantro across the pond) tastes good or like soap!! I love it! I use it a lot in dressings with chilli and lime and it's so good in curries. Tonight I did spicy chicken puff pastry parcels and without it, it would've been bland. But I guess it's a marmite thing 😂😂😂

Wow Amanda you took to snowboarding 🏂 well 🤩 and Stephen did 💯 % better than I would’ve and what a classic film to watch when visiting Aspen…I hope your journey there, wasn’t as cold as the characters in the movie 😂 as soon as you said “Aspen” I instantly thought of this film and you sharing a tiny moped and shivering in unison all the way there 😂

Cilantro smells like stink bugs but its a necessity with certain foods and recipes and man that food looked AMAZINGLY delicious. Beussel sprouts roasted - YUM. The views, the sauna and the food..i wouldnt go skiing . I'd never leave that house 😊❤
