Our V10 Touareg gets a new front bumper!

Before we could get creative with the front bumper we first had to remove the stock side mount intercoolers and replace them with a custom front mount set-up.
Once moved, we took the Touareg over to the guys at Torque Performance 4x4 for them to work their magic and create this mad max, high clearance, steel bumper as well as full front to rear skid plates.
Darkside Paint and Body then finished it off with matching matt black Raptor!

Y'all do great work! The fit on the front bumper is great! With the undercarriage protection ur almost ready for the rocks! Maybe something in the back to slide off (steel bumper)😎...Love the vids I'll be putting a new one up soon from TX!! 🍻

Looks more beastly in every vid... blew driver's side air shock on mine... pissed me off no end, but all fixed and back on the road... silly lockdown almost over and I've had my 2 jabs, so hopefully the gf will give me the green light fr a trip up north

It's the radiator for the fuel cooler, we removed it.

do you manufacture these dual core intercoolers? how hard is that to do? ive seen your welding skills, top notch. it looks super cool and is probably the best upgrade you can do to for offroading

We adapt an existing intercooler in house. It works very well. I'm sure for top speed runs on the road the IAT's would be hotter but on the trails they are cooler than mud filled IC's!

Ryan, I have a 12000 on my Frontera… yours weighs as much as the moon! Apparently your meant to double the weight of the vehicle because when you’re deep in the mud, you’re going to need plenty.

Since I have your attention: Have you considered offering a Cat delete addition to (or part of) your DPF delete pipe? That is the first order of business for mine but DPF delete is only a partial solution to keep my brand new turbos healthy. Also, will you be offering those flares? Thanks!

Charge temps are perfect. Coolant is a bit hot but the stat is 105c on these.
