Jalebi and gulab jamun can be eaten when they are warm or slightly on the hotter side (temperature wise) ; Doodh (Milk) Pera can be eaten at room temperature. The reason for eating them warm is it tends to make you feel the actual taste of all the ingredients in a better way. Hope that helps.Take care 😊

Don't try the milk pera with tea as the sweetness of the dessert will dilute the flavour of the tea. I don't know how they make the tea where you are at and this is me commenting n watching for the first time but a good Indian tea would be something that is strong with a clear taste of ginger in it but it would be creamy enough too so that you don't feel you are drinking just hot water with ginger in it. Some Indians would use cardamom or add black pepper as well or make a powder of all these spices and add that powder to the tea. The reason for doing that is it makes the tea flavorful but also it keeps the body warm during the winters as all the spices are considered hot in nature. I kinda went off the topic a bit but yeah always taste the desserts seperately and if possible try taking bigger gaps so that you can actually get the proper taste of all the ingredients in them.
