He did call him out. What are you talking about? When Ricciardo crashed Stroll out in Hungary, Lance graciously accepted his apology. Ricciardo I'm sure had plenty of excuses then. What you have is 3-4 cars following too closely and then becoming stationary. Lance got caught out by it. It's not quite how Ricciardo describes it. Their deceleration and braking was dramatic, and to have that many cars do it, means that they have to remain slow and stationary on track for too long. It's idiotic from everyone, even Stroll. But to put all the blame on Stroll is dense and idiotic in my opinion.

He still had to do one more pit stop, which probably meant he would need to do another 7 (very rough guess) to get back into points. Unlesss there was another safety car later. I don’t know why they did not pit him when the first safety car came out after the virtual.

Danny is awakening. You can see he wants it. You can see the racer aggression coming back. He can smile once he wins again.

Daniel was fighting for points and stroll effed his race over. The fact still blamed Ricciardo for slamming into the back of Ricciardo's VCAB is insane.

Stroll is downright just strolling. Bumping someone out and still being a kid about the 10second penalty.

Stroll finished him off, but Stroll helped hide that awful safety car strat. Vcarb not pitting during the safety car period meant Danny would have to pit again in about 10-15 laps and join back near last.

Its one thing to consistently ruin it for others, but Stroll NEVER EVER owns it when he drops a turd like that. Lance needs to grow up, take responsibility for his actions and find another way to spend daddies money, preferably something without wheels and an engine.

If his dad wasn’t the team owner he wouldn’t be there. If his dad hadn’t bankrolled his career to date he wouldn’t have made it out of the junior formulas. He’s been handed everything and at F1 level he simply doesn’t have the talent to get by. Alonso shows what the AM is capable of.

Think Ricciardo is happy with his current team & they do have some sort of shot if they can get a nice vibe going. We just need to see Stroll replaced by Bearman or somebody like that, im sure there are plenty other 'young but proven drivers' interested in that seat & we all know how effective its been for some teams to hire young guys. Aston Martin would be much better off with letting some less experienced kid get used to the car for the rest of the season (possibly creating similar amount of problems but 'paying that back' the next season) instead of holding on to Stroll.

It would have been crazy if it was true. Stroll still doesn't officially have the contract for next year (ok, it's very likely he will get it) and Sainz is just choosing between different teams.

The audio of Stroll immediately saying Danny brake checks him is a window into his mentality. Like if there wasnt a procession coming into the corner, sure brake check as an accusation has weight but when the field is bunched up, the balance of probability would indicate a concertina from something upstream.
