I just bought my first PS5 game, ratchet and clank, don't even have a PS5 yet, waiting on the pro model announcement this year. Not really in a rush for a PS5 since there's not many exclusives I actually care about. Tell Scott to play Evil West, if he likes gore and god of war 2018 gameplay, he will love it. Jen!!!!! Great video my friend, you got me hyped to jump into fobia sooner than later. I got it on PS4, looks creepy.

I don't blame you for not rushing in to getting PS5 if we weren't on KZread. We might not have gotten it as soon. The pro model at this point is definitely the way to go. Spoiler alert Scott has already played evil west since recording this video. You need to let me know when you play Fobia and what you thought of it. I really enjoyed it

Brilliant collection guys 💙 From Scotts pile I would lean more towards Evil West, good dumb demon slaying fun. That is a tough pile cos if you are gonna pick an RPG, you gotta pick right 👍 Jenns pile....my head is screaming ReBirth ReBirth ReBirth. But the story of Amicia & Hugo, throughout the Plague Tale journey has my heart calling out for that, so that lol. I really like the look of that Lodoss game 👌 Oxide and Fobia look right up my street too. But Bramble King, a darke Little Nightmares, I am intrigued 😯 I need to go through my collection now, I like the played/not played piles 😁

Spoiler alert. Scott has played through Evil West and that's all I'll say for now. So I've decided I need to play Spider-Man next then Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth but after that in no particular order: Plague Tale, Calisto Protocol, South Park Stick of Truth, Ikai, Killer Frequency and anything else anyone else mentioned. I looked them up and none of the games are terribly long so I'm just going to commit to playing all of them. Oxide and phobia are both phenomenal and bramble king is a must play. You'll really enjoy it. So happy you did a collection video as well. I really enjoyed it and got lots of great recommendations

Awesome collection! Out of the Dark Pictures Anthology, Little Hope is still my favorite. The others were good but I like witches stories so that's why I liked it better! The Devil and I is my 2nd favorite, followed by Man of Medan and House of Ashes. Don't fret Scott, I have both Octopath games and they're also still on my backlog lol! The Quarry was good but I still prefer Until Dawn. Evil West and Star Ocean 2 are still on my backlog as well! like you said: So many games, so little time! Out of Scott's pile, it's hard for me to say as either I don't own them or they're on my backlog as well! But everybody and their mom's told me to play Ys 8 so I'll recommend the same then lol Out of Jen's pile, this is really easy, you need to play A Plague's Tale Innocence and then get A Plague's Tale Requiem as both are fantastic and the story is set that you need to play both in order to get the complete version of it! I think it will pull at your heartstrings as well! As of writing this, I'm now at 75 PS5 games and I have a big wishlist as well! 2 games that I've played this year that are an absolute must are Persona 3 Reload and Unicorn Overlord! Both were incredible! Great video and keep up the good work!

I'm always surprised when little hope doesn't score higher for people in the dark pictures anthology. It's got the lowest ratings and I have no idea why. Evil West is actually not on Scott's back anymore. He played it in between Koudelka and he's currently playing Alice Madness returns. Y's 8 is definitely something Scott wants to get to sooner than later and I will make sure to play Plague's Tale, hopefully both. Holy smoke 75 PS5 games!? We've added a few more since this video. We can't help ourselves lol 🤣

I'm really excited to play dead cells return to Castlevania but I'm also scared because I know it's a rogue like just with a Castlevania skin lol. I'm still nervous of those even though Scott says that's how I play every game because sometimes it'll take me hours to beat one boss 😂

I really love PlayStation anything and our PS5 collection while pretty fun. It's our PS1 collection that we really really love. Just saw your recent video on the games you played. I'm typically not much of a turn-based RPG fan, but I just got through Skies for the very first time and....... It might be a game changer

Nice collection! I was a big fan of Borderlands 1 and 2 - got all the achievements for both, but just could not get in to 3 or Tiny Tina’s. And I love her as a character… I need to pick up some of those Survival Horror titles.

To be honest, the Medium and Ikai were pretty low on my list but since Ikai is like a three to four hour experience I'll probably play it and then if I don't like it at least it can go on the trade pile. You're going to love River City girls 2! It's an absolute banger

Nice collection, it's crazy to think in the deep future all these games won't be playable if they close the server, since they all require to download the game to work, but that's probably like 10 years from now , so you got time to play those games lol. Darq looks super interesting so will try to look for that. Yes , let's all shame Jenn into playing Calissto Protocol after I rushed to send that to you and 4 months later it's still hasnt been touched smh....(I'm kidding) .. it's coming to the point when you do eventually play it in the year 2026 , you won't even like it lol. That would be kind of funny. That rivercity 0 is a remade sfc game so don't expect much, i got bored of it in 20 mins lol

I don't even want to think about a future like that, but you'd be surprised. How many of the games actually do work without internet access. There's a channel on KZread that tests all the modern games like that and the results are not what you think. Darq is a really really interesting. I highly recommend it. Calisto protocol will be played this year. I have to play through Spider-Man and Rebirth first though. It's a weird juxtaposition because typically I never have any games picked out to play and this year I have an arm's length worth of them 🤣 Yeah unfortunately we haven't heard great things about River City. Girls zero as well but I'm hoping playing it co-op will at least make it better

I love videos like these! Dead Cells is a great “just one more time” game. I had a lot of fun with it and I still need to get the castlevania dlc. And hey- don’t feel like you guys need to rush or keep it brief. Take as much time as you need to talk about your games/go on tangents even! Haha I’m here for all of it!

Ikai was a gut punch and was the game that got my partner and me into horror games. I think you should give it a shot!

You know what I'm definitely going to play it. I looked it up and it said it's a three to four hour experience so since I already have it in my collection it deserves to be played before I make a final judgment.

Great collection video, i enjoyed how you guys did yours. Also, Fobia St. Dinfna was a blind buy for me, and i haven't beaten it yet, but it's definitely a great one.

Dude, that's so annoying! Thanks for letting us know. I had no idea how many ads were placed in the video. I just went and looked and they had like eight ads!!!! Ridiculous so I changed it and now it should just have one at mid roll I do believe. I'm going to have to make sure I checked that every time because I had no idea. And you know what if I didn't have the money to buy a PS5, my PS4 pro works just fine. We're still buying lots of PS4 games and playing them exclusively on the PS4.

The only issue is that that value is hinging on the fact that the DLC for Yuffie is still playable, not expired, and not used up! So that's gonna be a pretty dead disc one day 😬

@@mj2037 The enhanced version of the game is on the disk with improvements from the ps4 version of the game. So its still the definitive version. It would be disappointing though not getting access to the Yuffie DLC if you bought the game used in the future.

Scott you have to play Evil West that was a lot of fun what little I have played of it. Jenn you have to play Ikai and tell me if it is any good. I am beginning to wonder if Limited Run just goes ahead and packs up 2 copies of each game one bound for Canada and the other for Indy. Hahaha we got a lot of the same games. You 2 are way better at clearing out the back log than me. I also leave them sealed until I get to play so don't feel bad. Unless they came with a trinket that I want to keep in the box then I open it early. You two may want to try out Double Dragon Gaiden for PS5 it is a fun coop beat em up.

Octopath Traveller 2 not played yet! Horizon Forbidden West not played yet! Callisto Protocol not played yet! Demon's Souls not played yet. I'm stopping here, because this video should be called "Our Games we haven't played yet collection" 😂😂 I liked House of Ashes, Little Hope was my least favourite of the Dark Pictures Anthology. I unseal every game almost immediately, and especially if they rattle. I just can't handle the rattle! Immortals Fenyx Rising us a better game than Breath of the Wild, get it played. I found Tales if Arise to be a bit meh 🤷‍♂️ Last of Us is just as good on the PS3 as it is on the 4 or 5. You need Hogwarts Legacy, Yakuza Like a Dragon (both of them) and Persona 5 Royal in your collection 😉 Horizon for Jenn, Octopath Traveler II for Scott 😎👍 Second choices would be FFVII Rebirth and Fenyx Rising. Or, just play all your games 😉😂😂

If I could just quit my job and play the games I haven't played yet. I'd be a much happier person for about 3 months until they foreclosed on my house and I lost everything but it would be a hell of a 3 months! Yep, I gotta admit the rattling drives me crazy too but as long as I'm not handling them daily then they can just sit there wrapped until I play them. I do really really want to play Hogwarts legacy eventually I'm waiting for it to come down and price. I have heard so many people rave about Yakuza like a dragon, No one as much as you have lol. But yes it's a game I will eventually get. I have to be honest horizon is not high on my list. I was really really hot on it and the more it sits on my shelf the more I feel like I'm going to have to force myself to play it. I don't know what it is about. Horizon it's just missing something that makes it amazing

Alright… I’m actually gonna bite the bullet on Darq this time, it looks so damn good, and it’s not ridiculously priced yet lol. I might have to go back to Fobia, I had no idea there was a huge twist in the middle. I think it came out right after two other first person horror walking sims, and I was just so burned out with the genre, I definitely didn’t give it a fair shake. For Scott’s game recommendation, I gotta go Evil West… one of the coolest games I’ve ever played. For Jen, I’ll actually go with Killer Frequency for my one recommendation. It’s not much of a time commitment at all, you can finish it easily in a weekend, and it might not be “better” than like Horizon, or Rebirth, but it’s definitely more unique imo. Never played anything like it. This video was excellent guys, adding quite a few titles to my eBay watchlist rn 🤣

You won't be disappointed in DARQ. It's very cool and the physics of having to flip the screen the right way to puzzle through as well as avoid enemies is a pretty interesting survival horror concept. Scott actually finished playing Evil West Last week lol. Apparently he couldn't wait for this video to come out so everyone could pick it 😆 Killer Frequency is pretty high on my list simply because of its unique nature and the fact that you highly recommended it. Not going to lie. I'm definitely playing Final Fantasy Rebirth first 😜 Happy spending! Lol

It was my first Xbox exclusive that turned out not to be exclusive later that i played through i think!😄 Also shame on you both for the reasons said on this video why you should be ashamed!

Yeah we definitely have more switch games than PS5 games and hopefully we can do a collection video of that soon as well but we want to do it a little bit different with an overhead view. I can't even remember what we're supposed to be ashamed about 😂😂😂 I'm old. It doesn't take long for the forgetfulness to set in.

It's been on my mind to get this one eventually. Seriously, I almost bought a day one. Happy I didn't but I know a lot of people love it and this is much like days gone in that maybe it just needed to marinate, get all the patches fixed and rise to greatness. I'll keep it on my wish list and when it pops up at my local pawn, I'll probably pick it up

@@RetroRivals If you do be sure to get Phantom liberty also. The game will take around 40 hrs but if you want to complete every task available it can take up to 120 hrs. I suggest setting it on easy mode and then changing it as you get more familiar with the controls and systems. You can change the difficulty during the play through.

All the games are sealed, and u haven't played this and that. So what is the point of even buying them games ? Soon as I buy a game I fucking play.

Lol you clearly didn't watch the video then. With many releases coming out close together and the fact that we're constantly staggering playing modern and retro we leave the game sealed until we get to play them as a reminder. If you would have watched till the end of the video you would have seen that we've played over half of our games so far. Next time I say have all the information before you make judgment. Last year I played 50 games but they weren't all PS5 and my husband played close to 40

Did you watch the video?? We leave the games sealed until we play them. We have literally almost every system and games for every system so we don't just play PS5. Listen, I'm not here to explain things to you. If you can't bother watching the entire video and understanding that's how we do it.
