Great videos guys, love it now we know the end goal👍🏻 I did the same with my first house and the house we currently live in. It seems daunting in the beginning but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Looking forward to the rest of the vids👍🏻

Hi both. Now I understand how your tackling such a major project , obviously your quite capable of doing much of the work yourselves . So probably a lot of my comments will have produced some rolling of the eyes 😂 . And I fully appreciate your intention to move on to the next project . Hard work of course, but it still gives you the prospect of having your dream home and be young enough to appreciate it . Interesting you saying that builders had shown an interest in the property , so a good indication of the future potential of the place . But I’m sure with your mixture of skill sets , you will take it to a different level . Builders tend to do the bare minimum , and are prepared to sit and wait . Which always seems an odd approach to me , yes you may spend a bit more but as with your last property much better for people to be hammering on the door to buy it . 😂 Best wishes as always. 😀👍👍👍
