Haha thank you so much! For the jumpsuit, I scoured the internet and nothing would fit me. Small top medium waist big booty! So I decided to design and make it myself to match the wedding dress. I spent so much time and money on the clothes, but as a fashion major and costumer it was sooo worth it!

The wedding, the film, everything is so unique! I love that you said "not-so-Mormon" because not only is it not a Mormon wedding, it's not even traditional. It's amazing that you were able to have a wedding that showcases your creativity, especially since Shelise is an actress. I LOVED LOVED that clever and over-the-top creative film!! I laughed so hard and including Oscar in the film and wedding was pure genius. This must have been the wedding to end all weddings. I am almost glad I wasn’t at your wedding because any wedding after that would be a big snooze fest. That film must have taken hours and hours to make but it was worth it.

Thank you! Haha I’m happy you enjoyed it as much as we did. Oscar stole the show and we are fine with it😂. Yeah we filmed and edited everything in probably 2.5 weeks. Finishing the film maaaaybe 2 days before the wedding. It was a LOT 🫠

Just iconic!! I love everything about this!! Weddings are lovely and fully of happiness, but usually pretty boring. This is absolutely amazing!! I bet this was the best night for not just you two, but also your guests!! Also, if you ever wanted to be an event or wedding planner, I think you’d be amazing!!

Aww thanks! That’s always been my gripe with weddings too. So typical and boring. My number one goal was to make it unique and something the GUESTS would enjoy too! I had so much fun planning and being creative but I wonder if it would be as fun with someone else’s party. I lost a lot of hair from the stress 😂

And a second comment for the second movie: Your Short Film "La Boda" is so amazing! I love the story telling and how it works so well with such a small amount of verbal inserts. Oscar did such a great job too, you must be a very proud dog-trainer/'puppy parent'! I love how you kept it so real by including the dating process, sifting through hinge dates before finding each other, and even the motivation of why you signed up for it in the first place. Very convenient of course also that Shelise's mom is such a cool person as well, and that her charisma shows so nicely on camera too! I really got goosebumps at the part where Shelise is telling Oscar about the date with Jonathan, and seeing how much fun the two of you have and what a great fit you are for each other. And I was giggling at the part of your mushroomy experience, and your choice of having particularly cute/"innocent" style in that scene. It made it very clear that this experience wasn't in an "adult topic" context, and contrasted the mature clothing style and hair in e.g. the dating scenes. You two are very talented at story telling! Shelise, you are really a talented actress and so creative and expressive; and Jonathan did so great with the acting as well and, you really are a great smiler (both of you)! Not even mentioning you both dance.. I think going out with you must be a blast! Maybe you will make an other film down the line, I would be happy to see it! 🤍🖤

Amazing congrats, it is such a blessing to find our soul mate, the other half f our heart, just remember it is not always sunshine and roses. Try to never go to bed without trying to resolve any fights or disagreements you have. But if you do tomorrow is always a new start to wipe the slate clean and start a fresh together.
