Hi mam myself ,my kid 3 years old and my in laws will be coming to uae As u said the basic needs we have seen in sharjah rolla rent for 1 bhk it s 1800 aed only and is it the water electricity municipalities charge and all true because I thought it s expensive

5000 for two is ok. Electricity separate 200-400 range anu.. dewa.. How is it possible to keep it as low as 25 aed? We live in studio. And both of us are out for 5 days for 9 hours. Ac we use but it’s only while sleeping except for summers. We use fan most of the time when it is not summer.

So the individual expenses mentioned here for electricity and water are correct for us but may vary for you and others depending on usage. Hope this clarifies your query. 😊👍🏻

DEWA doesn’t only include electricity, it also has water and housing fee. I have just mentioned them separately in the video

I think depend cheyyum building to buildings. Nammade studio aanu. Plus electricity usage kuravanu veetil, most of the time we work. So monthly bill 190-200 dirhams
