Vaidyanathan's vision towards Retail and corporate is appreciable.. I have very good trust in IDFC First Bank So..I recommend everyone to do the fundamental analysis of IDFC First Bank and also about Vaidyanathan's ji Please follow the below steps to grow yourself along with IDFCFIRST 1. Buy as many shares as possible..asap 2. Open accounts in IDFC first 3. Put FD or RD in IDFC first 4. Take loans and repay the same in time 5. Try to use products or services provided by IDFC first as much as possible 6. And most importantly, convince others to do the same and the process goes on. Simple isn't it?

Very nice to hear v vaidyanathan and he has been so humble and gave proper credit to Dr Lal for establishing the bank and mentioned imp point as well. Very well placed the future roadmap and how operational cost would be needed to setup branches and ATMs...looking for a j curve after 3 to 4 years on profits and share price :) All the very best to entire team... Very well said, mr. Vaidyanathan sir, "company started with financing those customer who were small business owners and were not filing ITR". I opened zero balance account here in this bank bcz I hadn't enough money to maintain the balance. There was no branch in Ranchi at that time. There was small money depositing booth far away in a village near Ranchi. I remember I travelled some 10 km to deposit money. There were many banks just around my house. But I don't know why I opened account in IDFC bank. All the best to Bank to grow further.

Mr Vaidyanathan is truly a visionary leader. I am from the banking fraternity as well and I can see that IDFCFB in its new avataar (post merger) is stronger than ever before. It would be interesting to see how the retail strategy plays out here. The question is how quickly can they grow (their CASA, retail loan book, NIM's, etc ) to a level when the markets starts re rating the stock. CASA guidance is optimistic, perhaps they should conduct seminars for HNI's (doctors, sme businessmen, women entrepreneurs) and pitch their products and services.. Disc. Invested and will remain invested for the next 8 to 10 years. (with qtrly monitoring ofcourse)

Yes we wish you great luck and hope that our bank IDFC First contributes in taking India from a developing country to a developed country. Leaders have to think big and put their best and nothing should be impossible for a 1.35 billion fully charged people who are determined to make India a prosperous country.

Connect with shareholders , take their views for increasing CASA ratio . My trust and wishes are with the leader s of the company . There is tremendous amount of opportunity for us to grow . We are lacking in networking (I live in Mumbai , the ease by which I connect with HDFC and SBI bank never found in any other bank ) Need young people to create the ease for depositors (such guys who serve the depositors with exactly what they want ) and seniors to determine the risk management. EY audited IL&FS for FY 2017-18 and few quarters of 2018-19 till there came a time, when it could not be audited further. Also, how is an auditor supposed to deal with faults made at the Client's end. Mr. V Vaidyanathan has had a clean slate past and im sure the Corporate Governance is going to be very good. He has repeatedly said the same. Do not invest if you dont trust them. Thanks

As a shareholder i have some questions: 1) how many branches are planned to open @per annum and then @per quarter to achieve the figure of 700-800 in the next 5-6 years. 2) The capital investment for this expansion will be from operating cash or borrowed or a mix of both 3) what Roce or ROA is being expected 4) one of the key things what I do not find in banking with other banks is financial management for retail investors(not even in hdfc bank).Will idfc first bank touch this part so that this might enhance the banking experience
