Their legal team are going to be very busy trying to take action against - Google maps, BA, Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 etc etc etc for overflying their site. These people just talk absolute drivel and should just accept that lawfully they can do absolutely nothing to stop photography and certain types of drone flying.

She was just another bag of hot air with the lawyer threats. She looked the FOOL.
"It's quite unorthodox for a manufacturing site." Does she know how many planes, helicopters, and satellites pass over their site daily? Do they demand to see their licenses?
She looked very stressed. Needs a big cuddle to tell her everything will be alright 😂😂

Not long out of Uni probably, it's going to be a while before she realises she has nothing to contribute to industry, and needs to find someone competent to look after her. Worse case scenario she'll just stay there and make working life difficult for everyone around her.
That woman hasn't a clue what she's talking about , great work giving THE LEGAL TEAM a free education .
My understanding? That’s no understanding. They love taking your details in the hope of suing you. We’ll be in touch! Jokers!
They won't be in touch will they! As they'll be told and will then feel rather silly. I just love that "Have you got permission" line. Every single time :)

Like AB with his two fridge magnet letters I and D, someone just needs a piece of paper with the word "PERMISSION" written on it. Will show the person asking that their question is stupid and that they are stupid for asking it. If told to stop being so childish, the response is to say "Stop spouting stuff you know nothing about".
They have a huge range of drinks but apart from Grolsch and Pilsener Urquell it all seems to be cats urine.
Second female quite a master at passive aggressive behaviour.
That fake nice to meet you at the end whilst looking at you like you’ve just walked out of a space ship 😂
If only they got out of their bubble then they may enjoy life a bit more. They seem very threatened for some reason but I'm guessing their all laughing at each other for how they acted except for the first guy; he gets a thumbs up for doing his job, admitting he does'nt know the law on drones and acting professional and friendly.
Megan's so angry that she didn't get her own way. Cheer up love, you've met the legendary PJ!

It's bizarre how the default position from the ignorant is always "No! You can't!". As you said to them afterwards, nothing bad happened, no one got injured. Are they just kill joys or what? I just don't get the opposition to something that is literally harmless. The corporate espionage angle doesn't fly with me either - do they seriously think a competitor would gain anything beneficial from looking at their site from 100 feet in the air? It's just laughably ridiculous. People really do fear what they don't understand, for some reason. It's comical.
14:55 Where does Laura get the impression that people need to give their consent? There are billions of videos on social media where it's obvious that people have been filmed without their knowledge or permission - they are called bystanders or are in the background. So why do she think they have all given explicit consent? Consent is asked for if the person with the camera wants to have some interaction or information from someone but it's not a requirement, just about being polite. But there is no law that says you have to be polite.

One thing that separated PJ from many other auditors is that he's genuinely interested in the industrial buildings / design / processes. I presume that this is from whichever area of work he used to work in before retiring. Okay, not my kind of thing, but I'm interested in his interest. And he's polite, and doesn't shout and scream at people. You'd think that a place brewing beer might be a bit more relaxed lol
They all go down the have you got a permit line but when asked who issues the permits they either shut up or blurt out “the Council.”😅😅😅😅😅😅😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Love the way they start googling as soon as you give them your site. Why do these imbeciles think they have some sort of power over members of the public. It worries me that these people are in responsible positions in their business.
Should have told her "yes, and i'll come back whenever and as often as i like, if that works for you" Amazing whenever a company gets an opportunity to extend public relations, some self entitled, toffee nosed, egotist ruins it for them because their sense of authority is scrumpled up and thrown in the bin.
Don’t know if you have room in your vehicle but you could consider carrying a giant roll of cotton wool with you , the lady at the end definitely needed wrapping up in some 🙂

Nice one Pete. Great video buddy as always. 👍👍
If they do want a sit down meeting with you i hope you inform them they would have to pay for your time. As it is you have given them an education at no cost.
I think Megan should attend a "How to smile course"....🤣
Big firms think they can bully individual people without knowing what the law is , certainly a gap in the market for someone to educate these companies on drone laws.
Excellent approach and conduct !👍
OH MY GOD , stop the camera at 6.10 , did anyone see a convoy of coach's in the background ? I'm kidding guys, no one is interested in the drone footage , how many people comment on drone footage on this or any other auditors video ? please copy and paste ! If the site was so interesting , i would do coach tours of outside of the building with an old Leyland national I have in storage . Credit were its due , PJ shows his face , total respect for that . The name of the game is get a reaction of decent people being filmed at work .
She liked the power, told you you can't fly over their site, then her face crumbled when she was challenged, love it when authoritive people think they have the right to object. Good one PJ.
Too polite!! Mass audit required…..that’ll blow their tiny minds!!!!!!

10:14 - Why would you agree to that? It's NONE of their business, how bloody dare they think that's their prerogative? Would you show her your drivers license because you were driving in front of their property?!
They all made a big deal out of nothing, their ignorance of the law doesn't trump your rights, keep up the good work 👍😅
Typical, I hate the HSE card they pull trying justify all sorts of nonsense driven by HSE fears or "threats" You would think they would do the bare minimum research. I think they were more concerned about HSE breaches being caught on camera. As to the "we will be in touch in touch" I doubt it
Snotty cow
"Somebody who works here has flown drones before and he says you need permission from the local council!" You can't write comedy like this.
hello pj i think the beer gone too there heads
13:45 Hello Laura and Matthew. I hope you find the information in the comments very interesting. I hope you will learn that you need to engage your brain before speaking as you have made fools of yourselves by making statements with such conviction even though they are totally wrong. A better way would be to admit that you don't know and allow someone who obviously knows more than you (having over 1000 videos indicates that) to educate you and inform you what the rules/laws/guidelines/etc actually are.
Then the legal team will be in touch with the other legal team who will be in touch with the legal advisor who will be in touch with their legal advisor.
In fairness the second lass did nothing wrong, didn’t object or go Karen mode, just accepted it and moved it onto her legal to manage, seeing they’ll know more about photography & drone laws than she does, 10/10 for me ✊
FAA rules just changed, PJ, § 404, is now: “If an aircraft flies in parts of hot air or gases that have come out any human openings, and it is asked for local authorities to be investigated, a SNIFF-team must be called immediately supported by at least four senior legally looking members in clean high-vis.” The Panasonic from DJ on this? Looked very good!

Amazing site location history wise and awesome drone footage! ⭐⭐⭐👍 The Hotham & Co Towery Brewery opened on the site in 1882 with a 100 foot tall brewing tower situated with the railway wye. Tadcaster History pages notes the site history, expansions, and ownership changes included: 1946 Hammond's United Brewery. 1960 Northern Breweries 1962 Charrington's United Brewery 1966 Bass Charrington 1974 the distinctive 100 foot was demolished😢 2000 Interbrew 2005 Molson Coors after Interbrew forced to sell off Coors division. The Coors Brewery is completing a carbon dioxide recovery system and investing £10M in their production operations. The site was originally a railway wye intersection. The rear hardstand and storage was the North Eastern Railway (York and Midlands Railway) and tracks curved heading east to the Tadcaster Viaduct over River Wharf, now a public path. 6.10 north wye, hardstand covers the mainline rails and wye curve, rails continued along tree line. 6.58 east wye, rails ran along trees beyond the silos was the railway to the viaduct in the distance. 7.05 south wye, rails ran along the staff car park, back side of the white storage unit, Tadcaster Station was located just south across Station Road. 7.10 top left corner good shot of the Viaduct Walk across the street.🚂 Additional Tadcaster breweries (and older) are located on the southside of town.

12:40 There is no requirement to follow their rules. You can follow your own rules. Rules such as turn up to some place and see what's interesting. You can't tell that from Google necessarily. And time is money so why waste time visiting, finding somewhere interesting, then having to write an email (if you can find an email address on some obscure page of a website) which takes days to get a response, then having to travel to the site again (possibly a many hour drive), then have all your video footage controlled by someone else who will veto anything they don't like. You can see why PJ does it the way he wants to. Anyone who says you have to follow their rules thinks the world revolves around them.
The karen is like a copper lol
Geez! they seriously need to get educated on this type of matter/interaction.
They'll be in touch 🤣🤣🤣
What a load of old cobblers from the office staff, they haven’t got a bloody clue and I think PJ gave them to much information. Their legal team will make some money out of the company just to let them know that PJ was right in what he said to them about been able to lawfully fly his drone.

There is no reason whatsoever why they would refuse, if they could. They do not own the air above the site.

They need to claim down on that site young woman going crazy who have no ideal and are given management titles
9:18 Technically and pedantically PJ was on their plot of land. By a few feet. But in reality being in the spot means nothing. It's not against the law. Not even any Air Navigation Order law. The guidelines state that you should ask for permission when standing on someone's property. But note that its should not must. Its just advice to do so to avoid issues. Not asking permission just means the owner can get their knickers in a twist, but they can't do anything else.

@@razwanakhan25 In order to sue for civil compensation though, the company would need to show a loss due to the trespass, that a financial cost could be attributed to. I can't see any real financial loss for them, so if they won, all they would get would be a nominal sum at the discretion of the magistrate / judge. They wouldn't even be certain of recovering their legal costs. They could complain to the ICO for privacy breach for recording whilst in their reception and then publishing. Not sure how successful that would be either.
Matthew: "Can I just ask, what you're up to today?" I think that question, could have been put better, better word choice, not making it sound like the auditor was up to no good, maybe? Asking like that, would cause most people to be a bit defensive, and would escalate the situation instead of deescalating it. I enjoyed the audit
