I kept looking out to see where Anton was, then remembered he's not a pro this year. He's been there so long it's odd not to see him dance.

a lot of back up dancers wait years before they get a celeb partner. Secondly she only one a dance show (no disrespect ) where the other two are dance champions.

I don't know why they bother hiring new pros if they're not gonna use them just keep them as backing dancers if you're not gonna give them a celebrity, that's basically what they are anyway just with the title as a main dancer on the show

I often wonder why Dianne is almost always at the back, and have decided its because of her hair ,it would take the attention from everybody else.

Not my favourite launch opening but a good try. Born this way in 2011 was very good and one of my favourite launch openings

Are people mental! This opening pro routine was absolutely brilliant, top notch Chorerography! And fantastic slow Mo direction! Topped of by the blonde Russians cheeky hip booty shake! "Celebs get watered down worse each year......but congrats on that opening pro routine! Incredible! 😲🌟👌🔥🔥🔥

Great that the show is back, but I didn't really like this as an opening pro dance, am I alone in that? It felt very meh and more posing, then actual dancing compared to other launch show dances. Also the lighting was very dark and the lack an audience is still really felt unfortunately. Hopefully the pro dances get better

Yes it was very underwhelming. From the intro I was expecting something more spectacular. I also don't understand why they had Dianne just sitting on that moon thing for half of it.

I agree and like the clapping and laughing track aswell there’s no way that little people in the audience are making that much noise the jokes seem so awkward. and the cast is pretty lame, if not irrelevant I’m only here for the business women(Sara I think she’s called) Tilly Adam and frankie from Eastenders

can anyone tell who the female blonde pro is behind dianne at around 2:43 in most shots she seems to be framed out or tucked away. And in media images, excluded [or edited out]. Everyone "official" is otherwise accounted for. cheers :)

Ash-Leigh Hunter, she’s an assistant choreographer and dances in a lot of the group numbers. She was also a pro partner on the Australian and South African versions of Strictly.

I used to love strictly 2, but cannot stand Rylan so not watching at all this season.

They had four overweight women contestants in this series. Why no overweight men? Apparently, you can't fat shame overweight women but you can still fat shame and shun overweight men. Great Britain has become as "woke" as the United States.
