Alesha's dance on here wasn't her cha cha... And I'd put an argument in for Kelvin and Oti's Samba in week one.

3:51 Erm, have you guys every heard ‘Crazy In Love’? because the clip you are using is clearly to ‘Holding Out For A Hero’ and the dance you are showing is her showdance. Also, more subjectively Darren’s foxtrot was crap.

Ore’s American Smooth and Jive should have made the list. He and Joanne were a fantastic partnership and had such individual style that people responded to. Danny was my favourite for sure but sometimes the Hollywood glamour of something like Ore’s American Smooth wins on Final night

Loads of great dances but you’ve missed one of THE unexpected greats - Kelvin Fletcher. As Gaston he was sublime, his samba with ziti was exceptional and o stall a very worthy winner. Also missing - a few Argentine tangos and Anita Rani’s Paso Doble. Just so many ….

Nobody ever mentions Anita's Paso. I've rewatched it so many times lol. It's definitely my second favourite performance of that series after Jay's jive. And I'd place Kelvin's showdance or samba above Karim's jive but it was still very good.

Now for 2022 would have to be Helen and Gorka's couples' choice

Incredible to see how strictly has changed since 2004, we can only imagine which it might be like in 2042

Tom & Camilla's showdance will always be my favourite dance. It was sublime.

Alesha wasn’t dancing to crazy in love in this video but still a great dance x

Completely random but I am obsessed with the way the narrator says Gorka and Giovanni’s names.

This shows Kevin Clifton's consistency as he reached 4 finals in a row but didn't get one dance in this video.

Came here to see Karim and Amy dancing to Hairspray. Was not disappointed.

How could you miss out John and Johannes’ rumba? So moving and so beautiful

I loved Frankie Bridge's rhumba. It was totally different to anything done before or since. I don't think it was highly rated at the time but every time I watch it I want to cry!

The standard of dancing has increased year on year. I don't think some of the winners in the early years, like Gough would win now.

Maybe, but the show is not remotely as good now. Too many z listers, props and themes are killing the show. Interesting watching these old clips to see the amount of dances with appropriate music and dress styles, rather than daft costumes and, as Len used to say, a lot of faffing about.

His ballroom looked very good I wouldn't be so sure. Mark Ramprakash would definitely still win. I've not seen such a great salsa from a male celeb right up until the lovely Hamza this series all these years later. Mark's Argentine was amazing as well.

Video is full of wrong info lol. They said Kim/Pasha's waltz was danced in week 1. It wasn't, it was week 6 and in the finale. Abbey/Aljaz's Waltz too. I stopped after that since I was just watching it as a nice recap of Strictly through the years

The judge's take's the judging system seriously (or so it has been known), come off it. Apparently, judge Craig Revel Horwood cost Faye Tozer a point because she adjusted her sunglasses during the routine of "Fever" (check 15:23) but check out Bill Bailey's placing his sunglasses on upside down at the end the performance of "Rappers Delight" (19:43) Revel Horwood didn't cost him a point for that. Is this because of favouritism? Even the timing was out.

Mark and Karen 2007....... that was not their best dance. Their best dance was definately The Argentine Tango which they danced to "Golden Eye "

Debbie and giovanni’s Argentine tango belongs as the best dance of that year (2017 I think it was). Otherwise the list is really good.

2008 should have been either Austin Healey & Erin Boag's Jive or Paso Doble, and I would have chosen Joe McFadden & Katya Jones' Samba as another option for 2017, and I would have chosen Matt Baker's Samba for 2010

2012: Kimberley & Pasha to A Thousand Years was in week 6.

Tom’s show dance changed nothing. His win was guaranteed going in. Only the public vote counts in the final and Tom was streets ahead.

Natalie Gumede was the best ever on strictly.

Kareem and Amy, Jive to Hairspray’s “You can’t stop the beat”. And anything from Oti Mabuse.
