I'm processing my way to Canada too under the EE program. I just had my AOR yesterday and it occured to me that I have no idea what kind of life I'll be facing as soon as I set my foot in canada. Grabe ang ganda niyo pakinggan...couple na may iisang mindset. Ipon lang din kami habang tinatapos ko degree ko at nagsiside hustle....calgary din target namin, hopefully makita namin kayo one day. Alam niyo ang brave niyo sobra to jump in there pero I must say na wise kayo sa decision niyo na tinahak......nakakahanga kasi iisa tayo ng belief na sama sama din kami ng anak namin and ng husband ko, walang mauuna. Thank you sa inyo for giving us hope and syempre step by step guide hehe tanong ko lang magkano kaya ang matitipid if ever na hindi kami magpatulong sa agency...express entry din ang way namin kung sakali, the thing is mahal daw ang agency but we have no idea tho advantage kasi ilang kamag-anak na namin ang napaalis....help us naman ohhh, thank youuu :)

Hi! Question sa reference letter from the past & current employer. Did you mention to your HR that your request is for Canadian PR application? Does to letter have to be address to the IRCC or can be generic certificate lang? Takot kasi akong ma-jinx or kumalat yung balita kung sasabihin ko for what eh.

Gusto kong maka relate sa experience ng pag iimpake at pagmove sa canada. Me, my wife and 2 kids have been patiently waiting for the border to open. February 2020 natangap namin yung passport request then COVID happen. Naibalik lang yung passport namin ng September with COPR and PR visa but due to border closure nag expire na sya netong January 2021. Nag resonate sakin yung nakastuck yung mundo mo while waiting. Nabenta na lahat pati sasakyan at buti nalang di kame nag resign sa work baka pati proof of fund nagastos. Yung mga kids hindi na nka enroll kasi kala namin mkakaalis na, sayang tuloy isang taon. I hope this 2021, things fall into places. Thanks for sharing.

Pwede po magtanong or maybe you can add on your list, yung nakareceive po ba kayo ng ITA , may specific place po ba na naginvite or you can still choose kung san mo gusto mag for good. Like for us, wala rin kaming kamag-anak dyan pero meron po kaming kaibigan sa Edmonton Canada. Do we still have the chance na dun kami mapunta if ever?

We stayed in an Airbnb for 2 days. After landing in Calgary, we headed directly to the Airbnb. After that we stayed with a friend for 2 weeks while looking for a place to rent. Tapos from there, nagrent na kami sa apartment downtown. We searched for employment through google search and Linkedin :)

Ma’am question po? Kasi nasabi niyo you were a teacher here in the Phils when applying for an express entry. Possible din po kaya sa case ko, I’m a teacher and currently teaching for almost 6 years now. I’m considering to apply for express entry po kasi sana. Am i qualified po kaya? TIA.
