Hartung Family Farms is a farming operation out of Jackson and Clinton County Iowa, with our main farm located in Preston Iowa. We have around 2400 acres of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, rye, and oats as well as around 750 head of cattle. We have a wide range of International equipment from small tractors from the 1970s to newer large farm tractors!

    Yes sir! Definitely need the room when you are growing 180-280 bushel corn!

    James O Brien all of the corn that we feed our cattle comes out of that bin (because of the truck dump we have on that bin). But not all of it will go to cattle, I’d say roughly 1/3ish will, thanks for wayching

    Why did you put the bag on the Great and then unload the truck on to it?

    Blane Heinrich great catch, if you look closely, you see before we placed that bag down, corn was going everywhere once it hit the grates. We always like to place a bag, or a plate there to help catch the grain so it just falls straight in

    Great question, I wanna say it’s only around 2000 or so because we only have bean meal in it
