I want to express my sympathy and apprecation. I'm classicaly trained former singer ( early music) and I think that your approach to listen only without video is absolutely correct from professional side. I'm Dear and I'm full of admiration for Dimashes energy and comnand on stage. But without absolutely phenomenal vocal hard work, excellence of his musicality it would be only empty theater. I know that Dimash is phenomenon as a whole person but the beginnig is singing. Watching him is lovely experience but you dont need to see him to feel defensless and touched by his voice in your soul. Singing is for him only sense what is he doing.He talks about it. Everything added: dance, shooting, movies it is only some supplement. I m waiting for next reactions😀

The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I agree. Dimash is such an incredible, emotional performer, I feel it’s almost an injustice to not witness his visual performance with the vocal performance.

Well, Dear Nick and Lex, although I really like your different aproach on listening just the song first, I strongly suggest you follow up with the videos too. First of all, apart from the fact that he is the best vocalist we have on this earth right now, Dimash is a great, an amazing story teller too. He trully sings with all his being, and his facial expressions, body stance, movements, hand movements, even his eyebrows (I know it sounds crazy but you'll see what I mean when you ll watch his videos), he has that unique ability to draw you in to the story he is telling, and you have to watch him to realize how he does that. No one else can portrey a song giving it a soul from his soul like Dimash. Moreover, most of his videos have subtitles, and although I 'm a firm believer that you don't really need to understand the language to appreciate what's going on, sometimes you really need to see what he is singing about. There are so many of his songs with special meaning that you ll completely miss if you don't have subtitles on, especially those in his native language. Apart from that, great job so far guys. Dear NicknLex: I fully appreciate that, as a musician, your focus is primarily on the craftsmanship of the composition rather than on the performer. However, Dimash is not only a consummate vocalist but a performer that embodies each and every song. My recommendation to you is that while the musician half of your team listens carefully, with eyes closed, to a Dimash performance, that your "better half" is permitted to both watch (and listen) to the performance so as to better appreciate the brilliance of Dimashas a performer.. His performances are not only a treat to the ear but a delight in his manner of visually portraying the very soul of the song. To add both an aural as well as visual aspect to you videos will surely be appreciated by your audience. I urge you to try this as an experiment and I am certain that not only will it enhance your personal experience but that of you subscribers as well. Incidentally, a very famous Russian composer named Igor Krutoy has teamed with Dimash and has composed many of the songs and music that he performs. I agree completely. Part of the magic of Dimash stems from his countenance, and hand & body movements, both choreographed and innate. It's fine if you want focus on the audio alone, but don't deprive the rest of us, just because you don't want the distraction of seeing his performance. I'm not an expert, but I would think that, as a professional, you would be interested in the physical techniques he uses in traversing the length and breadth of the musical registers... the shape of his mouth, the position and movement of his tongue and larynx, his body position, etc...... I would think that seeing how he sings the way he does would be as informative as listening to the sounds he makes, and just add to the experience.
