As a content creator myself, I'm always watching the "technical" stuff of other creators. I would think it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE TO THINK Of and DO Everything and with that in mind a failed inspection would not be all that bad, Great Job!

I've been an electrical contractor for 30 years and Josh's electrical work has been outstanding. I have been very impressed with all his work. You two have done a great job.

Your endless block work just reconfirms for me why ICF is the way to go.

We just finished building our retaining wall for our carport a week ago. It was a slow, tedious, very delayed, time consuming project that started in May, and boy I felt this in my soul. We keep going outside to admire it because we just can’t believe it’s finally done (we backfill this weekend 🙏)

You need to tag your animals with RFID or GPS trackers in their collars or tags or whatnot, and track their movements and positions, to see if they're hanging out at a border location a lot, they may be working on an escape, and catch it ahead of time.

Once all the blocks are in place, I bet the build goes fast!!! Congrats on the inspection pass!!!

been watching you since the very beginning. you brought a tear to my eye on the ride back from the cafe after the inspection. we're sort of neighbors and just completed one of our dreams with a small cabin near a neighboring town. it's so great to see things happening in the county. we've had our place for 18 years at a wonderful campsite and it was great to realize a dream and get a roof over our heads. Seeing you younger folks achieving your dreams and expanding the base of businesses and opportunity in the county is awesome. it's apparent you have a strong marriage, take that from someone who just celebrated 34 years of marriage (39 together). also, i saw something special in the little town nearby romney (you know the one, with the great burgers and the arts center!) way back when. seeing community and personal dreams come true is special.

Good luck with the cattle panel hay feeder, just watch because of two rules with critters on the farm: - If it can be broken, bent, dented, escaped from, rubbed on, etc they’re gonna try it, especially cattle. - If they can fit their head through it, doesn’t mean they’ll get their head back out of it.

Helpful hint . You should leave a round bale of hay on its side. After you remove the netting. So the animals can feed from the ends first. They will eat it a lot better .

I live in Hartsville South Carolina and love your guy's channel so much , If I was closer to you guys I've been doing construction work my38 years out of 57 and I just hit it November the 8 . But if was close I would work and help you guys finish up your house for no pay and don't need social media I just love the way you and you wife are so persist on what your doing. You two or going to have everything correct and right with what everything your doing in your home and I really appreciate that in people like you to make sure it will be there for years and years to be there, I like you brother and you wife that works for right beside you and is a loving wife and works right beside you, she is a truly hard working lady and I love watching u and her work together like u two do.. your a lucky man to have that.. but like I say I would help you two just two help u finish your auditions on your house but I'm disabled and on hospice at 57 years but you know the Dr. Give me 2 months because of my kidneys and liver failure and that's been 6 months ago so I'm doing fine I was 240 lb loss down to 147lb in 2 months but the Doctors are not GOD the can't give you how long h have to live because I'm upto 195 lbs and doing fine now. Man im sorry for taking up your time with my situation..all I wanted to say was you guy's or doing some Beautiful work on your home and I know it persist will it is perfect the time and effort u guy's guy's put in to it, tell the two just about grown up and your too lady's I said hi. The first health inspection, will probably go good. It's when you're up and running, and they make a surprise visit. That's when it can be a problem for some. Nice and warm with the fire going. You guys accomplished a lot, you laid down some courses of concrete bricks for the safe house, you went hunting for Dexter, LOL. You also got the certificate of occupancy for the coffee and meals shop. Sending up a prayer that the Health Department gives you a pass so you can open up with not only coffee but all the other goodies that you have planned.
