This is just a quick video detailing our first real tow test with the new 2022 F350 and the 7.3 Godzilla motor. We towed just under 400 miles with over 16,000 pounds and the truck didn’t miss a beat. Before this trip I did have a custom exhaust added and I did tunes by 5 Star tuning. I used the heavy tow tune and the trans shifted beautifully. Engine braking is also pretty good. At no point during this trip did I feel that I didn’t have enough power. Any way I just figured I’d do a short video about our first heavy tow experience and the fuel efficiency that goes along with it. Thanks for watching and feel free to comment, like and subscribe.

If your roll up is like mine it is quick detach, just turn the 2 mounting hold downs in the corners and it will pick right off. I can take mine out without tools in a couple minutes. Nice setup!

I am so sorry I am new to your channel. I love Godzilla so bad. But I did ally of research. Seem like a lot of people have a problem with tran lifter and cam. Do you ever have this kind issues. Love your video

Any issues with the cab hitting the trailer on tight turns? I really like the Tremor but wondering if the long bed would be a better option for my 5th wheel toy hauler

No issues so far with trailer to cab interference. I haven’t towed too much yet though. The 7.3 does plenty good though.

Yes. 4.30 gears. Works great. Tows very good.

@@8fifteenoff-road142 What's your approximate range with this setup? I'm about to switch from my 6.7 SD for my 11k camper. Worried about fuel range, but I hear Transferflow will release a new fuel tank option late this year / early 2023.
Which exhaust did you go with? Any drone in the cab while towing??

I just cut out the enormous muffler and added a Borla XR1. No drone.
do you think the same truck but with a dually would be any better?

As far as handling the load a bit better, yes. As far as the power I doubt it would be any different. This truck handled the load pretty good though.

3788 according to the door sticker.
In your case it's a TOYS hauler not a toy hauler.
