Bagels aren’t bad for you(: I eat them every morning and it can be fit and sometimes recommended into a diet. It just needs to be worked off & ate with balance in mind like any other carb.

I used to work at Bruegger's and now when I want to try to be sliiiightly healthier I get a skinny bagel from there. It's basically just a bagel with some of the middle cut out. My personal favorite thing to get from there is turkey sausage, egg white, and cheddar on a skinny rosemary olive oil bagel lol
