I was going to mention this too! Some fats are actually very good for you - e.g. fish, avocado, nuts, seeds, etc. Fatty, but the good kind of fat. Low/no fat products usually just have bad stuff to replace the fat, such as more sugar, carbs, trans-fat. Just some food for thought 😉
