I met him at Busch Gardens in 2019. Him and his parents were running to Verbolten. I saw him and yelled out "Oh crap Coaster Studios." His family stopped and said hi. They were really nice.

Naw bruh racer is terrible in my opinion

Phantom's Revenge is such a great ride! The speed on the 2nd drop is awesome and the air time coming into the station. It is a complete, great roller coaster! Also the Operations at Phantom is just awesome!

Palace has REALLY reversed the course of the park since last year. Two train ops on Phantom and Steel Curtain, friendly service...it’s great! Curtain is such an underrated beast, amazing pacing, smooth ride, whip, laterals, positives, even some airtime! What’s not to love? I’m still a bit salty about the removal of Kangaroo though. Also, Sarah, if you touch Steel Curtain, the whole of Pittsburgh will be showing up to you and Taylor’s house with pitchforks, torches, and Terrible Towels. And Taylor, the Old Mill was originally from 1901. It’s not meant to be Spider-Man or Haunted Mansion.

Kangaroo is back now!!!!

You have to make your own fun in the Old Mill. Back in the late 1970s I came up with a plan to stop the ride midway through. I got my friends in on it and when we reached a dark spot my friends grabbed the sides and I stood up in the back and held onto a cross beam. They held on until two empty boats rammed us. They all let go leaving me holding the beam as the boat began to move again. I fell backwards into the water and was able to grab the boat and climb back in. When we exited the Simpsons squeaky voiced teens were waiting for us. We all ran in different directions and eventually met up again. I hid in the bushes directly across where the Caterpiller used to be.

I can't wait for my home park (Kennywood) to theme their next roller coaster to the Pittsburgh Penguins lol.

I will never forgive Kennywood for removing the Kangaroo. That goofy ride was fun lol

Phantom’s Revenge means so much to me! There’s so much history with that ride. Glad I got a chance to ride steel phantom also back in 97 for the first time. And rode it all the way until it’s last season. Pause at 10:26 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 middle finger action. I cannot stop laughing 😆😆😆😆😆

i was there on saturday and i finally got to cross steel curtain off of my bucket list. and it was awesome...good weather, no lines, and a great ride

The hang time on the top hat of Sky Rocket in the front row is crazy, makes the trim make sense. I was there yesterday, impromptu trip, drove 4hrs got 4hrs at the park then came home

Visited my home park! Glad ur visit was a good one this time. Phantom is still my favorite too.

Phantoms Revenge is for sure the best ride at Kennywood, it just took down Millennium Force for my 6 year old son's number 1. Steel Curtain is no slouch either. I think you get great air and hang time were you should. I had 1 front row ride and rows 5 and 6 are equally as good. A great 1-2 combo!

Kennywood is an amazing park still is my favorite! Steel Curtain is an incredible coaster one of the best in the world, phantom’s Revenge is a world class hyper, and great classic coasters like T-Bolt and Jack Rabbit

Steel curtain 1 of the best in the world?

I’m going to kennywood, kings island, and cedar point later this month, and this video makes me so much more excited for kennywood

kennywood is definitely an interesting park with all those unique coasters

The audio on the Old Mill has been busted all season which makes the ride pointless

I really enjoyed Kennywood when I went there the other day. I was there on Wednesday morning and it was pretty empty. Steel Curtain is an outstanding ride.

Glad to see you got a better experience this time. Still upset over the ride removals but things look promising for the Kangaroo and Volcano spots.

I didn't realize how homesick this would make me lol. We moved to Paducah KY over a year ago and I before that illness kept me from going to Kennywood. I think the last time I went was in 2016 or earlier. I need to make a trip back sometime.

The park seems so fun im excited to go tomorrow!!

We had the exact same experience at the end of May. Most rides were a walk on because it called for rain but never did & we also came off Old Mill saying, "WTF was that?"

I just went to Kennywood for the first time last weekend with some buddies and I had a blast.

The lines for Phantom's Revenge were that short for Kennycon on Saturday

When you said Turtle is the last one in the world that technically isn't true, although the other one has been sitting unmaintained for 42 years and probably won't be restored anytime soon (although I could see Gene Staples being willing to take it on for Fantacy Island given some of the things he's done, and the fact is that park needs some rides being that Apex removed everything except Silver Comet and the ferris wheel). I also did ride Conneaut's before they removed it.

Even when you said it was going to rain at Kennywood, you might be right. I just saw some dark clouds at the 11:30 mark as you were passing by Steel Curtain!

I would love to get here one day. Some of these rides look fantastic.

I saw you that day. It was the first day since 2019 they were running two trains on Steel Curtain.

I was there that day! I saw me and my friends a few times! I really wish I could see you so I could have said hey!

As someone who lives like an hour away glfrom Kennywood, I'm not a huge fan of Steel Curtain. It looks great, but it's the only coaster I've ever ridden that gives me a headache every time I ride it. Idk what it is, but I cannot ride that coaster without getting a splitting headache for at least half an hour. So usually, if I ride it, it's right before we go to get food so I have time for the headache to go away.

Was just here yesterday! Tbh I love Kennywood to death

Jack Rabbit and Phantom night rides are the best

I definitely think Steel Curtain is underrated if that can be said for a "Best New Ride." It's a top 25 coaster for me.

I rode Phoenix at Knoebels for the first time and THAT double down is insane

In a way, I wonder if they kept Steel Curtain closed to "discourage" guests from visiting last year during Covid 1.0.

Steel Curtain is fantastic ride. It has bits of everything. Its fast in parts, has some intense moments (in the back) great inversions, and has a few great airtime moments . Its smooth, and the Drachen Fire inversion is just crazy at that height. Its got an element or two that would please anybody...its not a one-trick pony. Didnt enjoy Phantom...it literally punched me in the stomach on one of the airtime hills and was out of commission for a half hour.

did you hear about el toro derailing and the lift cable snapping on skyrush?

My friends barely have time or money to do anything. I'm about to just hit up these parks solo to get on some of these coasters

The first ride that I rode at Kennywood this year was The Old Mill we waited in line for a good bit and then I said the same exact thing whenever it was over of course I was joking but I said let's go again just like one of you guys

so um on jackrabbit I always loosen my seatbelt to get more airtime on the double down and it always works but I never loosen too much or else😐 also I just went on the 3rd and I almost got front seat on steel curtain then the people who went before us switched from second row to first😠one more thing black widow was testing so you missed the opening of black widow although its just like any other giant discovery so yeah.

When were you at Kennywood? Was this video edited, rendered and posted immediately or a couple days prior

The Kangaroo is back this season. Kennywood is my hometown park, but underwhelming compared to other places I've been like Busch Gardens and Dollywood for example

The "new" Old Mill saaacks, even Garfield was better. But this day looked like so much fun. You guys had great timing! Did you skip Exterminator cauz it's just a fancy wild mouse ride? Also love Ghostwood Estates cauz it's like a wannabe Haunted Mansion lol. This is my home park and I'm happy when people get there on good days because with Kennywood it can be hit or miss.

I’m a browns fan so I’m not allowed to like that ride😢 whenever I come to this park I’m wearing my browns jersey hehe
