I love the elegance Jana brings to the boys club. I think embarrassing stories should be a segment. Yours reminded me of mine. Being 5 years old going to seem my dad on base. When we got there I saw a man in military duds, ran up and gave him a huge hug. Then I looked up to see a stranger. Scared and embarrassed, I ran crying to my mom. My god, the nicknames segment had me crying, literally. That was the funniest nicknames segment to date. Not sure what made me laugh more, the actual nicknames or Gode's reactions to some of them, he was in pieces. Keep up the good work lads, top notch... 3 stars. 😂😂😂

Another top class episode of the pod! 5 stars! I was in stitches thrughout. Especially, with the nickname segment but all love it when, Leigh and Gode's off the cuff with puns. Along, with Skin's bemusement at it all. Thinking about how you could rename 'You're In For A Tweet'. How about 'Great X Pectations' or 'Did you X pect that'. Looking forward to next week's episode.

I’ve had a nickname for most of my life so when someone calls me by my real name, everyone around actually thinks they’re talking about a different person.

So following up on what Jana said RE: nicknames in school....I was in my Universities' marching band; as a freshman we had a pre-season camp and the sections were divided into squads of four with an upperclassmen leading each one. Well we were dressing a line and another squad leader needed me to move but didn't know my name; he asks my squad leader my name and he told him he couldn't remember. So the other leader says "he looks like a Jackal" and yells out "hey Jackal"..and of course hearing someone yell I turn around and look. The guy says..."see, I told you"...and from that point on I was called Jackal. Most of my band mates and fraternity brothers have no idea what my name is. I also drank a lot of Absolut vodka...so my jersey name became AbsolutJackal. I went home one time wearing it and my mom, a kindie teacher of 30 years looks at it and comments that that isn't how to spell Absolute. I don't think she ever figured out the real meaning.

A quick nick name nightmare story. I grew up with a bloke called Sunny Golden. He was born Sunny Dallas, his father was Western Dallas. He got the nickmame Wankee in primary school because Yankee was too tame. His mum legally changed his name so he wouldn't get teased, he was then called Circle as in golden circle, occasionally still gets called wanker instead. Lol😂

I am only half way through, and I'm dying 😂😂 Kathleen sounds just like my mum 🤦‍♀️🤣
