Quick personal question, are you two together.? I hope I do not cause offence, and I honestly do not care what people do in private, I am just an overly curious individual (who is currently a little high on medicine to kill off a virus (that's my excuse)).
Real thankful y'all came back to the KZreads.

I use a sling bag as an emergency dad bag. Things I keep inside rotate out but typically carry wet wipes, battery bank, wired headphones, leatherman style, handkerchief and first aid kit. Things that I don't normally need, but when I'm out with my son all of a sudden these things become essential.

I love my alpaka sling bag. People can call it a man purse but I’m not self conscious so people can think what they want. It’s super useful. Carry all my daily essentials and edc gear with ease. Highly recommend it.

Loving this content and I’m so glad to follow y’all on your new journey! Been following y’all for a few years!
I love the amazing in depth content! Great quality and I wish you the best.
Something I very recently discovered is that there are companies making pants and jeans with the front pockets on the outside of the pant leg like a cargo pocket, but just under the belt. You can fit WAY more stuff in these things comfortably than in the traditional pants pockets that are inside the leg material. And they're made of the same strong material as the pants are, so no more holes forming in the thin pocket material. Some of them also have dual pockets on each pocket with zips, snaps or straps to keep them closed up. Super rad.
Happy New Year! Love u guys and thanks for the awesome content you two put out!
Really cool stuff, thanks for the video!
absolutely killer video! love the content.. keep it coming 100% always look forward to new videos
Love what you two have done with this channel! Thank you both so incredibly much! Buck should be sponsoring y’all too!
Good going fellows! I've used many pouches, I find the tech mini the perfect size for daily ESC. The open access to see all items to easily grab is the best. Also, I carry the MKM in the pouch w/lanyard that locks in my pinky to really stabilize it's use. Added note, sub 2" blade for Chicago use if needed.
Bet of luck in the new year and thank you for all of your very enjoyable content!
Another Awsome video! iv been watching yall for years ever since yall were doing knife banter, thanks for what you do! Also thanks for showing me the tops m-pat.didnt know about that knife and now plan to buy one.
I wear the same sling that Jamie has all the time. It’s perfect to wear for those days where you need a little more than your pockets can hold but you don’t need a backpack. It’s just quicker, easier, and sleeker than a whole backpack as well.

Awesome content as usual guys! I spent an hour on the Buck website last night playing with their custom build section thanks to you two 😜. My favourite gear I purchased this year are the Real Steel G Slip compact, the Real Steel Luna Thumb Stud and the NEBO Mycro 500+ headlamp (awesome headlamp if you are baseball cap guy/girl) . They didn’t come out and I didn’t buy them this year but I’ve finally got some good use out of my Lems Boulder leather boots. So comfortable, warm enough for UK winters with good socks, not great in the snow we had last week ⛸ 🕺 but I love ‘em. It would be awesome to see you guys in the UK if or when Zac goes internationally wild. Merry Christmas chaps and best wishes for 2023! #legalizefreedom 😉

I'm a big fan of the EDC sling. I use an AER city sling 2 and it carries a spare knife, my multitool, flashlight, cash etc. It's great because I have a little kid so most of my everyday carry is stuff for her (snacks, tissues, hand sanitizer etc.).

Congrats on the growth of the channel! But, on the note of pliers...pretty much daily I carry the 4 in Knipex cobra pliers along with my Leatherman Charge TTI in the slot where the extra bits would go, it's nice having an option between needle nose and something like the cobras with that adjustable feature along with that "bite" and full pliers function. I carry the 10 inch cobras 40-50+ hours at work and as you described the 5 inch ones these are just the same but 2x the size lol, I would recommend looking into the Knipex Wrench pliers, both 5 inch and 10 inch, they have an awesome ratchet like feature that once you get the hang of it you'll replace your normal adjustable wrench
You’re both doing great things. Here’s to 2023 🎉
Started carrying those Cuh-nip-x pliers around at work, and love them!! 🫡🇺🇸
I have carried a Civivi everyday for almost 2 years and aside from a quick run across ceramic stick I have had to do nothing to it and it is still as good as it gets! Cool to see them on here!
Always love y’all’s videos. Hope the coming year is prosperous. On me I carry a rotation of Spyderco or Benchmade knives, a Leatherman Skeletool, Flip Wallet, LEO credentials wallet, firearm, phone, Izulu fixed blade, AirPods, Fisher compact space pen, Surefire Stiletto Pro flashlight, some type of chapstick, and keys. And I always throw a go bag in my vehicle.
Always enjoy your vids, keep m coming! Happy holidays and stay safe!

My choice for this year has been the Bradford 3D front scout carry and the Keen Cincinnati boots. No break in needed so comfortable right out of the box amazing products. They even have a factory in Oregon, so many are US made!
You guys should try the Hide and Drink pocket organizer. Very similar to the Alpaca but it's made from waxed canvas and leather. I love the texture of it, and I feel it's going to be very durable.
I carry a small backpack to work(swiss gear 3598) Holds my med/trauma kit, a small survival tools/repair kit, tact bivvy with inflatable pillow, two power banks(one is solar). It's used as a mini ghb from work or within 20 miles from home. I use a fanny pack during the hotter months and leave ghb in my car. I also use a viperaide v3 pocket slip, comes with a detachable carry strap. Loved the video!
My favorite pieces of gear for 2022 1. Vertex delta stretch 2.1 pants (so freaking comfortable and perfect for all my gear) 2. Sog pint for my multi-tool 3. Nxt belt appendix carry 4. Tactile turn pen the mini bolt action 5. The groove wallet this wallet is a game changer. Wildcard . Probably my bag pack case I have tried a few out but I always gravitate back to mag back.
Carrying that Alpaka tech case (the slightly larger one) in my larger work bag. Extended EDC is in there as including a few folding shopping bags. Pretty handy when getting groceries. I have just decided to own the purse factor when I carry it alone, haha. Today's equivalent of dad pockets maybe. Handy when getting in and out of my vehicle a lot between several locations during a day. Can just swivel it to the front keep wearing it while driving.

Regarding slings - a water bottle is part of my EDC, so I love having a water sling with an additional pouch on the front. Water bottle plus organizer in one :)
Y'all have probably the best knife channel on KZread.... keep up the great work.
I carry a sling very often. Even on top of my laptop case/tool bag for work. I am female, and I absolutely HATE the "purse look" as well. I own a few Nutsac bags and Alpaka slings, as well as some others. One sling is always strapped to me, and it's always full of the EDC things that I absolutely cannot live without. Yall should give it a try! They free up some pocket real estate while still being easily accessible. Keep up the great work! Love the videos! Hope you guys have happy holidays and a very happy new year!

+1 on the knipex cobras, i carry the one size up from those ones everyday at work and theyve done so much work its insane. MTs are good for people that dont use tools very often, but if you want to actually use tools, just get the real thing lol. not even one tool company makes the best version of every single type of tool, and for sure leatherman isnt any exception so i just carry a maxpedition pouch in my bag and its not much different than carrying a sheathed leatherman with the bit holder thing
I love my mikro as well. Bought two of them to swap the scales, even. Or rather, the blacked-out hardware from the BHQ exclusives. Adding a lanyard and going to the kydex/ulticlip made a HUGE difference for me. I throw it in a belt loop and I know it will stay out of the way until I need to use it.

Great video fellas. I just went to the Alpaka site and ordered a pouch. I currently carry a Trayvax Element wallet and have been for the last 8-10 years. It’s been an amazing wallet and I’ve been looking for an effective way to carry gear without overloading my pockets. I tend to scratch my phone on my knives since I don’t carry my phone the same pocket all the time. I’m ambidextrous and use my phone with either hand so it tends to end up in whatever pocket I last had my hand on it. I know, my ADHD and Autism battle with each other between organization and “Look Squirrel” 😂. I’m now looking at either a Banter or Lander knife and probably adding a Knipex mini Cobra. Thanks again for all the info! Cheers!
You rocks guys, as always 🔥👏❤️
Personally, I love sling bags. I have the Aer City Sling, it's actually really great and the organization and size are perfect for a minimal, but still full and well executed EDC.
Just got the zip pouch pro a few days ago, love it.
I use the alpaka tech case as my edc sling. I love it! Definitely doesn't feel like a man purse to me
I am currently using 4 Alpaka pouches and love them. 1. Tech gear, 2. EDC, 3. Prep/emergency, 4. Pouch for my daily back pack … quality product. Carry a compact, CIVIVI elementum with micarta and always have my MKM Micro. For hiking and camping I use a Leatherman Signal.

Literally all my favorite things! I see you have great taste😁
Gifted Victorinox Huntsmans to my brothers (including chosen family) in 2021. It might be a bit thick for EDC, but fits well in your vehicle console, alongside a Leatherman or Giraffe multitool. Had use of the Huntsman saw blade when I threw a serpentine belt which got wrapped up and needed to be cut out. Not sure if you've done this, but would enjoy a vehicle console EDC: not under-storage or a toolbox in the bed of a truck, but simply items which are super useful in console storage, that arm-rest station and USB charging hub with easy and immediate access.
That's funny. You two really got me into edc lifestyle and after buying many pocket knives in 2020 and 2021 under your recommendations I've settled with 2 we knives in my pocket. Now u guys r sponsored by them. Great stuff. Hope this channel stays around a long time. 🙏

@Zac In The Wild absolutely, it's a privilege to watch these videos. BTW I have never been bothered by wearing a satchel because Chewbacca & Indiana Jones wear it well. Also Doc Holiday wears one briefly in Tombstone. 😃
My 5 most carried 1- Ontario Rat 2 2- Knipix Cobra 5” or Wave+ depending on the day. 3- Space Pen: Bullet 4-Nitecore Tip SE flashlight 5- Air Pods I have and occasionally use a Northface sling and it works great. Guilty knife: Terava Jaakaripuukko 110 (just posted an unboxing video) Wildcard: Silky Katana Boy 500 saw
Zac, thanks for the tip on the channel locks. I've been trying to find something like that. I think if I carried those and a bit driver, it'd be much lighter than any multitool.
