Nothing is better than MAC1 - but it's hard to get the clone - so I grow Mac n' Jack from Ethos - cross of MAC1 with Jack Herer. Great alternative.

Damn I just smoked Blue Dream after so many years having an immediate panic attack after just 3 puffs. I used to smoke a lot back in the day but stopped due to anxiety and PTSD to the extreme after smoking . Now I can tell you guys I have social anxiety myself, racing thoughts and due to that an exhausting depression but still manage my life quite good despite that. I loved to smoke and now for the first time with BLUE DREAM I feel such a relief and energetic...no strange thoughts or too much thinking...just a excellent well tempered high. I can truly recommend BLUE DREAM. P.S. I can confirm the rumor that you recognize the weed that's good for you by smelling it first...had Northern Lights first (pure Indica) smelled it didn't resonate immediately with it and had a bad feeling when smoked. Threw it away. Smelled Blue Dream and liked it immediately so you always have to like the smell.

Amnesia Haze makes me want to avoid everyone while trying to control borderline panic attacks 😅 I don’t touch it anymore but it was all that used to be about round mine. Smells frigging fantastic though.

Laughing Buddha from Barney's Farm is by far one of the best all time strains when it comes to ease social anxiety. And Sour Diesel from good breeders like Humboldt Seed Company or DNA genetics also works fantastic for me.

Grandaddy purple will put you on the couch and quiet. Not great for a party.

GDP has been one of my ultimate favorites for nearly 20 yrs now. And it tastes delicious. But yea, it's an indica strain so better for a mellow high instead of an uppity high.

I am a fan of uplifting thin leaved Sativa strains with some Citrus terpenes for social gatherings. I love the Orange and Mango flavors and they work nicely to make everyone talkative and friendly.

If you have issues with paranoia and anxiety after you smoke i recommend it just one simple thing just get cbd flower bud and mixed with delta 9 flower does a matter if is sativa or indica but make sure is indica cbd flower which is so much better to have a perfect high without any unpleasant effects

Sativas are the last thing I'd reach for for anxiety

I've always been a sativa man, doesn't keep you on the couch and usually gives you energy to get shit done during the day 😎🤘♥️

I definitely agree with Amnesia Haze and Blue Dream they work great for my Anxiety ❤

Everyone is different but suggesting a sativa which are known to act similarly to caffeine(making your thoughts race) is probably not a good way to introduce someone with anxiety to weed. I have had 4 panic attacks from weed all haze and had to figure out that it wasn't the weed but the fact it was sativa dominant. Cheese saved me from social anxiety and nowadays I just go for flavour which luckily indica wins flavour wise in my books

I think there is a big misconception about Sativa and Indica in general. But I agree that Haze strains are the worst 😂. But there are many sativa dominant strains that will give you the happies without the anxiety.

I’ve just wrote pretty much the same thing about haze it puts me in a horrible headspace. Blue cheese is a nice one for me and also blue power but the latter is much harder to find. The Vision Seeds version - Blueberry, White Widow, and Skunk #1.

Something lower in THC, 1:1, and 50 50 hybrids for me. Pure Sativa's give me even more anxiety and paranoia. And heavy Indicas make me want to lounge about away from any crowds.

Oldies but goodies... Shiva from sensi seeds, good old Skunk number 1, or Skunk 11. Dutch passion, and the original grapefruit lots to time.. any of these were sound for a social..nowadays Skittles is sound. So many to choose from🤤

Sativa dominant strains cause my anxiety to spike big time. The Indica strains are what helps me.

Blue cheese for me it’s an oldie but levels me well and is not too overbearing.

Had good luck outdoors with blue dream but I'm pretty far north so harvest needed a bit more but temps were starting to freeze. Brought out beautiful colors even the shade leaves that fell off and died were cool to see. Indoor I'm sure you'll do well.

Super silver Haze makes me kinda social. My favorite strain so far.

Comatose has been my favourite strain for my anxiety . Best ive tried in 13 years for relaxation and sleep . 🇨🇦 Cbd runtz is great for the day .

Basically indica dominant or 50/50 strains and absolutely no haze

Some of my favorite strains are Grandpa stash and Cheese Whiz and I love them..... Also Hell's OG and Angel Haze and of course Garlic Cookies, Slapz and some that are only in PA MMJ so they're not available anywhere else but you could probably make it because it's mixes of a few different strains ground up and sold under a made up name. For example, Queso Kush, Todd OG and The Lotto are super hard to find where I live and I really, really liked them but only got ahold of them a couple of times.... I can't wait to have recreational in PA but also when we'll be able to order shit from different states or even directly from growers, that would be nice cause then people could get the same strain consistently which for a lot of people is very important. 👍

How about Fire OG? It was the MOST calming strain I’ve ever had, much more than blue dream

As a long time stoner, its fair to say if you get social anxiety its best to avoid weed at all costs. Its probably the weed thats giving you the social anxiety.

Love GDP and Purple Kush i grow both strains indoors . GDP is my go to 90% of the time though.
