Our 4800 Build Takes Shape

Welcome back for those following the build! If you're new, make sure you take two seconds to subscribe and click the notification bell to follow along with new updates. In this video, I start out with minimal plans to lower the floor and install skid plates.... my how things changed. One thing lead to another and well our 4800 car, known as Tinkerita, has taken its shape into a TJ. Watch and enjoy as I fight all the weather elements to get a "face" on our 4800 build.
A special thanks to all of our sponsors and partners helping out our race team.

Great work, love the new build. I'll be bringing my trailblazer build here to knoxville tn and hopefully be able to test and tune around the same time as you. Keep the videos coming. If you need any cnc plasma work I'd be happy to help you out. Middle of March I'll be bringing my equipment to Tennessee as well.

That’s awesome! I’m excited to see that thing in action. Maybe we can help out when the time comes. I appreciate the support and will probably take you up on that offer when you get settled.

So cool man! I have been strongly considering tearing down my truggy and getting a TMR chassis for years!

Tim and Mike are really nice guys and have provided a lot of great support with the build. As I continue with the build, I realize they did a great job designing enough space in the chassis. Was easy to assemble as well, I’ve just tried to add enough support for racing.

hey if you want a much better template material, still cardboard but comes in a roll and is easier than corrugated to cut and shape to what your are building much much easier to use its like 58 dollars at home depot but that is for a 100' roll which will last you literally a life time but is well worth the $50 just in ease of use also free shipping if you aren't near a home depot. I just know you have a lot of templates to make for your project. its roughly about as thick as a cereal box. awesome video guys been waiting for it. looking forward to the next one. hammers is coming up are you guys still gona make it?

Thank you for the insight. I know exactly what you’re talking about. Luckily for me, I had these big boxes lying around. Sorry it’s taken this long to upload, I appreciate the follow! As for KOH, I think we’re holding out until 23.
