In this video, I have harvested my Sweet Potatoes after our first season with them. I grew the Sweet Potatoes in my Raised Garden Beds that I built for my off the grid garden. My beds are 3’x3’ and I have lined the bottom with a tarp and have filled them with a mix of Organic Planting Soil and Organic Miracle Grow Soil. For our first time I don't think this was too bad of a yield.
