happy anniversary ! also ur makeup is so pretty omgg! kind of school related question, im doing a-levels and something im dealing with right now is pretty much every day feeling repetitive, so like just constant revision, eat, sleep repeat. feel like im losing my personality completely, did this ever happen with you too?

thank you!! i totally get that i used to feel really similarly - unfortunately a-levels are very time consuming so they very quickly took over my life haha. something that helped me was going on little 20min walks after dinner (or in the morning maybe if you have extracurriculars) and taking a little mindful walk prompt. there are loads online but my favourite one was looking out for things of a certain colour. it took up barely any time and i then had a bit of time to breathe and reset rather than being cooped up revising all day 🫶

oooo I use the "Soundcore Life Q20" they're pretty cheap, but if we can be basic and a bit more spenny, I like the Beats Solo 3 too :)
