but she was at 145 before she moved down to fight Meisha Tate, and she competed in the Olympics at 154 lbs.

Cris Cyborg Santos said in an interview that if Ronda puts on about 5 lbs, she is willing to lose 5 lbs, and then both will be 140 lbs and then they can have a fight.

Cyborg competes at 145lbs and Rousey at 135lbs. People forget that Rousey competed at 154lbs in judo, then began her MMA career at 145lbs, before finally settling down at 135lbs. Without the roids Cyborg won't have all that extra muscle mass, so she can make the cut, at least one would think.
