Just let him talk - bryson needs a podcast

What a frustrating interview, Mark you are lovely, but WHY ON EARTH would you cut off every detailed answer to interject some irrelevant anecdote... Eg. Guy is answering a question listing the 5 key elements of gaining speed and you break it up to tell a story about "Dottie" commenting on his performance at the Colonial... Are you kidding me! No one cares... Grrr so frustrating....

Mark is constrained by the time allotted so he had to steer the Q and A. That was understandable, but the summary reflection of what Bryson has done from a professional deep in the weeds filling in what others have said was worth the time to listen. The discipline Bryson has to be open minded and follow through is next level. As Mark said if Bryson attains his goal of wedge accuracy coupled with putting speed, he will be near the holy grail most pros yearn for. It has always been my take that the pros put the time in on the range to maintain that timing and make sure the swing is routine. Fortunately Bryson is young, committed, disciplined, and aware of the impact the fans have on his energy and positivity to win. Golf will no doubt benefit and so will youngsters when they hit their first shot in the sweet spot and get hooked. Thank you.

Because you kept interrupting him, I had to stop listening. Infuriating.

.. you are overstating it my man. When two people are extremely interested in their conversation that’s what happens. It’s an exploration, not a speech, you were expecting a speech. Go drink some chamomile tea and relax 🫖

Sometimes interruptions are needed to clarify a point, especially with someone as detailed as Bryson. But sometimes interruptions are annoying if the guest is hitting on something profound as Bryson also does.

I don’t know if I’ve ever been more frustrated at an interviewer 😂

Influencers are the John D Rockerfellers of our age. Theyre all very brand conscious. Is this good? I dont know but how does listening anyway actually help your short game? It probably requires a bad case of the shanks to overcome the illusion of infusionary influence.

No I didn’t detect that at all, it was an excited conversation between two experts at the cutting edge, it’s not an ordinary interaction so you can’t apply the usual standard.
