just realized there are some spoilers in there but it kinda seems you missed them in all the craziness of this video xDD Great reaction tho! also the dero/lero noises kakyoin is making while licking the cherry can be translated to lick or just licking. its kind of a Japanese way to make licking sounds.

To clarify a bit about the lick lick lick sound effect. As you can see in one of Polnareff’s scene this is written ペロペロ (Pero/Pelo -> L/R are essentialy the same in JP for clarification purpose). Kakyoin was doing it really fast with lots of tongues movements, which means it sounded closer to lolololelolelo more than anything. Alessi (the other dude doing a tongue thing) put more accentuation in it, and it was much slower, hence why it sound like pepe lopelo and sounded like he was about to say pepperoni.

"oh deadly queeeeeen!" NO! you don't utter those names out loud. It's Killer Queen.

Looks like someone grilled his hair. Josuke will remember that.

Joseph was born in britain, he was just in New York because they were supposed to meet up with speedwagon there

There are a lot of band reference to character's names. The original creator loved music and he even picked the EDs for the Anime from music he listened to when he was making JoJo.
