4:18 it's a power crush BREAK, her FF2 in heat looks like it's both armored, and will break an opponent's armor. The red aura I believe is just particle effects from spending heat gauge.

we're getting story dlc so that will probably be explained, it may also have to do with the fact that people kept comparing reina to lidia and saying that reina was gonna replace her in t8 since they have somewhat of a similar moveset

I dont think her intros are story related its seems like a martial arts thing with their different styles of karate. Lydia is shotokan, jin is kyokushin, and reina is taido
