La carne se llama osobuco, igualmente puedes hacerla freír en un sartén a fuego fuerte, condimentas con sal, pimienta, luego das la vuelta para qué se dore. Luego colocas en papel estañado o papel ALUMINIO, que es igual, con ajos frescos, una ramita de romero, si quieres con otras especias y colocas al horno por media hora, ya qué la carne es dura. Sacas y haces lo qué a continuación del vídeo. Y por último en un pan de pita, realizas el último preparado, además si gustas puedes hacer unas cebollas acarameladas con hongos o champiñones frescos, los tuestas con ajo, perejil, sal y pimienta, con unos AJÍES picantes y ya!!

@@Gaba_Ghoul в основном одинаковый вкус. В данном случае мясо выделило влагу. Он завернул его в фольгу и потушил с закрытой крышкой. При таком тушении запах специй, особенно чеснока, становится очень слабым. У нас в России это называется "тушёнка" и продается повсеместно.

It is easy , long and slow cooking. I grew up on this type of food. Now this is a very expensive cut of meat. It used to be very cheap food. Sigh!
