The technology makes the massages wonderful!

Do the pre-set programs recline the chair into that zero gravity position? I noticed that some massage chairs do and it triggers my vertigo. Looking for a chair that doesn't do that. Thanks!

Nope it doesn't! The degree of recline is separately controlled by the user. However, one of the programs "Stretch program" can only be used in the zero gravity (full recline) position.

Yes. It's also available in Hong Kong as well if you're based there. The products are cheaper in HK too.

Great video, thanks for sharing. Are you still liking your chair ? It seems a little bit pricier than other chairs, but I know OSIM has a good name. Are you able to make user "pre-sets" for scans or does it need to scan your body every time ? Can you really feel the "V-Hand" I like the idea of a gripping massage in my neck region. What may I ask do you like most about the chair ? Any pro's or cons... How's the zero gravity ? lol - Sorry for all the questions... Thanks in advance for your time.

Yup I still like it and use if often! No issues so far. There are no pre-sets; it scans every time, but it only takes around 10 seconds to scan, so not really a problem. Yes it delivers quite a strong kneading massage (also tapping too). It's still not as good as a masseuse but I would say it's a good at-home substitute. I like that I can get a massage any time- convenient and I think it saves money over time. Being able to adjust the recline and leg support is a great pro as well. I like the zero gravity, although to be honest I usually don't feel the need to recline all the way. I also like that they have relaxing as well as energizing massages. A couple of times it was so relaxing that I fell asleep in the chair. It is a big purchase, so if possible I would recommend trying it at the stores (preferably a few times) before purchasing it, which is what I did.

In terms of cons, the parts that use the "air bags" to massage (hips, arms, calves) do not deliver a "kneading" type of massage

@@MadPCsuperb It's still functioning well, and I still find it useful for sore and tired muscles. In my opinion, it is the most useful for massaging the back and neck.

Does it massage the head n a pocket to place your arms for massage? Thanks

Yes the arm rests lift up and you can place your forearms and hands inside for massage (air cushions). The rollerball track reaches the upper neck but not the scalp.

It is reliable and good quality. If you have the budget to upgrade to the model where the massage roller track goes down to the hips, I would recommend that.
