Our training style might or will be different from other OSCE facilitators but we all share the same concept of basing everything by NMC Code and the OSCE marking criteria.

Do we actually wait for 40 seconds for Ph strip?
If i didnt discard gallipot with warm water, but verbalized like i will discard all things as per manufacturer policy, is that still pass?
If i didnt give the receiver, will i fail?

If you have mentioned it before your station ends, there might be a possibility they'll accept that but not a guarantee.
Will you fail for failing to verbalize that you will be going inward and backward pls?

It depends on your wording or if you used a different wording other than inwards and backwards. If you only said "swallow swallow, okay I'm in the marked measurement" that's not enough. Remember, OSCE is about return demonstration and explaining it in a way your patient will understand
