This expert witness is the most damaging to OP the shot that hit her hip and shattered it the screams that poor Reeva must of let out in pain cannot be excused away by OP or Roux...of course Roux is going to use his usual tactics of trying to discredit but how can he when it's clear this expert was thorough and he's been so precise with his answers and findings!

This ballistic man knows his stuff, he's clear and precise and extremely well prepared. No doubt that OP was on his stumps, shot her 3 times before killing her dead. Plenty of time for her to scream (as indictated by neighbours). Banged to rights, he sits covering his head with his hands cos he knows the truth is out there now

Based on this evidence he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt . First shot in hip , screams , 3rd shot in arm, screams, 4th shot kills. He would have known it was a woman's screams.

Ester Veldman Defense version probably won't make much sense to be honest. It might vary in a couple of details, but they still have to somehow fit a hip and a head wound in a split second - and allow enough time for the hand to come up in front of the head in self-defense. How does a body move enough in that time to get bullets in such different places? They have to stick to oscar's testimony that it was so fast he had no time to think or hear anyone crying out. Only disagreement was over the marks that might be ricochet. It doesn't change the most important part regarding you could not have all 4 shots so fast.

I am posting my own Expert Opinion (because I don't qualify as an expert witness in South Africa or any place outside the United States) below from my experience in conducting autopsies (or post-mortem exam) as a former part-time Medical Examiner in Ohio, and also as an owner of guns of all types and several large calibers. 1]. There are other things that I have posted my comments on earlier hearings that suggest that OP is a compulsive liar with regard to other incidents and events and therefore, is most certainly lying about the night of Reeva's death. Most significantly, the Tasha restaurant incident where the Glock pistol was fired. OP, despite being a firearms enthusiast, didn't do his homework before making stupid statements. A GLOCK is unique in that it can NEVER discharge without pulling the trigger and that also with a 4 lbs pull on the trigger, not a mere touch and that is it's only safety; it has no external safety lever. But OP maintains he never pulled the trigger but it still went off. I can state with confidence that he IS LYING because I own guns of all types and calibers. This establishes a pattern of lying->cover ups->blame game on OP's part. 2]. The other thing about which I have commented with a degree authority is the non-expert state witness testimonies about the victim's screams continuing for a brief 2 seconds or so after the fatal shot. The defense Mr. Roux said that the witness' deposition is unreliable; the victim should have fallen completely silent with the undeniably fatal head shot. I have some experience with performing and also assisting in a number of Forensic autopsies myself. I have explained in detail in my earlier post where the witness Michelle Burger has deposed (if you played the recording of the court proceedings on those days and scrolled down to read comments). In the incident relating to the night of Reeva's death, he would have even waited for her response like a whisper after he shouted to her to "call the police". Instead of yelling at the "intruder" get out of my house, leave my property, rob me not, hurt/rape my girlfriend not. Again, why was he so terrified, petrified, panicky about a supposed "intruder" and that too when he was armed with a gun. What did he think? That the intruder would like a ghost, emerge through the closed door and rape Oscar?? Every time you suspect or imagine an intruder you're gonna empty a gun in that direction?? Maybe that's why he shot his friend's Glock pistol in the restaurant magically without touching the trigger, because he imagined an intruder in the restaurant. Although a GLOCK pistol will NEVER FIRE without a full 4 lbs pull on the trigger. Actually even I was surprised why nobody, including expert witnesses, made any objective observations/statements about the specific gun in question, a .40S&W caliber Glock27, that OP claims discharged "accidentally" at the restaurant. I personally own two Glock pistols in 10mm (same caliber as .40S&W but longer and much more powerful) and .357SIG (a power-packed newer round that only Glock pistols shoot) and therefore I know Glocks inside out. Regardless of model or caliber, all Glocks share the same mechanism and even the website says Glock-Safe Action pistols. Such an accidental discharge however, is remotely possible with the immensely popular 1911 .45ACP pistols when the external safety lever is not engaged but next to IMPOSSIBLE with a Glock pistol. I own handguns: Pistols-single & double action, slide spring and gas operated (Desert Eagle .50AE- the most powerful pistol ever made), Revolvers- single & double action, AK-47 (M92 PAP, Serbian) in "handgun" configuration besides several high power Rifles from .30-06 Springfield to the .375 Holland & Holland Magnum "African Dangerous Game". I don't claim to be an firearms expert by formal qualification but enough to detect a rookie's lie. 3]. The 9x19mm Parabellum, a relatively small caliber round that was used in Reeva's death used a very deadly bullet (a cartridge or round= case[casing, gunpowder, primer]+bullet) component called Black Talon hollow point which is banned even for the purpose of self defense against a fellow human being even if the imaginary intruder or attacker is a burly 6'5" male. It will kill even at some distance like 100+ yards, but a close distance head shot like in this case would do to the victim's skull and brain along a 4 cms tract of the bullet, what a mixer-grinder would do to a fruit or pieces of fruit being churned at full speed, literally. Turn fruit to fruit juice! That's the fatal head shot on Reeva. Before that, even the hip shot would have turned the contents of her hip and pelvic cavity into fine pulp and killed her in a very painful manner within minutes from shock and massive blood loss. I know I'm being a bunch too graphic for lay people to comprehend but that is the unfortunate truth. However, as a practicing M.D.physician and former part-time Medical examiner having performed Forensic autopsies (or post-mortems) as well as examination of live rape and assault victims, I technically am an expert in that field. I know the human body dead cadaver to a living human from over 32 years of training and experience. But I am from the United States and can only post comments on crime scene investigations in S.Africa and other nations. 4]. As a woman (or man) is screaming loudly and frantically in a continuous scream, she is using her FEV-1 part of her FORCED EXPIRATORY VOLUME first and then FEV-2..., which is more forceful than her VITAL CAPACITY which is basically inspiratory and therefore slower and less forceful BUT requiring more active pressure or force (roughly ATPADP+energy release [in the mitochondria, duh!] for Actin/Myosin(again, without mentioning the role of ionic Calcium and some other muscle/sarcolemnal proteins) coupling and uncoupling in the striated muscle-in this case, the intercostals & diaphragmatic- which although partially involuntary, are striated too). When the LAST HEAD SHOT hit the victim, her heart will still beat for seconds to maybe minutes ( bradycardia first, then mixed hypoxic/neuronal/autonomic(parasympathetic or cholinergic part)->> brady/tachy/fibrillatory till complete ASYSTOLE) depending on the impact and extent of the bullet wound (ignoring the Cushing Triad sequence since this is not a closed Head Injury), she will have NO cognitive functions left and NO inspiration (given that the Medulla Oblongata in the Brainstem [one of the components of the Rhombencephalon] is where the Respiratory Centers are located with some higher neuronal connections and conscious/intelligent control in the Prosecephalon). BUT, her screaming, which is a part of her active expiratory effort or FEV-1 may continue for a second, maybe 2, maybe 1.5 depending on it's intensity or the end of her EXPIRATORY VOLUME (and not FEV). It could have been drowned in the gunshot sound because the gunshot was louder and higher pitched (esp. a 9 mm which is a small bore round but does travel through a narrower bore pistol than a .45ACP, .357 mag or a .38 special but is less loud because less gunpowder in the case and lesser grained bullet) but ALL SOUND travels at the exact same velocity if it is through the same medium (as air in this case and the air here was the same in terms of temperature, humidity and all other physical properties, I presume). Although only a hypothesis, I do agree with the expert witness, ballistics expert police Captain Mangena's possible scenario of chain of events because it makes a lot of sense in technical terms. The DEFLECTION after going through the door as he very rightly stated would be insignificant at 3 degrees but it creates a "Tumbling Effect" on the bullet itself which makes it's impact on the human body even deadlier than at the point of exit from the muzzle of the firearm. In other words, it's high velocity motion is actually 3 dimentional- a).The forward motion of the bullet from gun to the victims body, let's call it the x-axis here b).The rotational motion of the bullet from the firearm barrel's rifling made worse by the Black Talon's opening into a jagged edged flower shape- or y-axis here; and c).The tumbling motion of the bullet after going through the wooden door- or the z-axis. So in this case, the bullet was like a very high velocity drill cutting through bone and other human tissue in all possible directions and axes. In layman's terms, penetrating, cutting, drilling and grinding through the unfortunate victim's body just like a meteor would do after it hitting the earth's surface. The Captain has indeed been very objective and precise in his testimony with no unnecessary speculation and dramatization, even by American standards. On the other hand, the defense' "expert" witness Mr. Roger Dixon was completely out of his league and only damaged OP's case. Mr. Nel was playing with him the way a lioness does with a baby gazelle before killing it slowly and cruelly. How on earth did they agree to him testifying???? What were they thinking?? Looking for iron ore or diamonds or coal deposits on Oscar's property?? Dang it!! That much, I can help the prosecution very scientifically and to the point with my knowledge and field of expertise, if they happen to read my post. Leave the rest to the....rest...and the learned Judge. If anybody has questions about my explanation with 1) the victim's scream or 2) gunshots, firearms or ballistics plz post and I can explain why-the mechanism; and how I suggested the answer. Legal stuff, I have no clue!! Leave it to the lawyers to fight it out. But all that said, everybody including Oscar Pistorius has the right to a fair trial and a good defense. He is innocent unless proven guilty even though I personally feel he is guilty way beyond reasonable doubt, 100%. My sympathies to his sister Aimee, the rest of his family and more than anybody else, Reeva Steenkamp's parents! Jackson, MISSISSIPPI.

maggs mum I agree 100% actually. Hearing a noise and going into "code red" as stated means you are now ready to shoot to defend yourself. Then you slowly make your way to the source of the noise and see it is coming from behind a closed door. Immediately you have 3 choices because your life is not in the balance. Either shoot a warning shot, shoot at the door or do not shoot at all. The fact that you made a choice to pull that trigger and hurt whoever is behind the closed door no matter who it is, is pre meditated. If you walked to the bathroom and suddenly someone jumps around the corner and you fire and hit the person that I can consider an accident. Honestly shooting a person behind a door knowing there is no way to avoid the bullets is clear indication of murder. He might have thought it was an intruder, but you still l have no right to take his life without you knowing your life is in danger! I cannot decide and still feel 50/50 if he killed her on purpose, or if he thought he shot an intruder, but both scenarios indicates him wanting to do harm to whoever was behind that door

Carrie Aldighieri Your observation is right on, dogs have a keener sense of hearing than do humans. As a psychotherapist involved in criminal cases, I believe once Oscar fired the first shot to possibly get her to come out of the bathroom, he found himself at the point of no return, as the relationship was over at that point and she could certainly bring charges against him if she wanted to so he quickly decided to then shoot to kill her, but he had little time to concoct a credible intruder story. This case will not be won or lost by the spin he provides when Roux questions him, but how logical the questioning is by the prosecutor.

Carrie Aldighieri but.....the point is ....we all know....burglars or intruders are watching our houses....we all knows, after they rape killed and murdered you,the police will found the dogs some where poisoned....when a intruder is a possible thing, the last thing i am gonna do is to look if the dogs are poisoned or not,you see the only people will ever think if keeping a gun law is maybe dead hero's,we know intruders does not obey gun laws,so 99 % of a random shooting, results in a intruder dead and the rest run away,my friend shot 2 dead 2 years ago, other friends of mine just saw traces of blood, when they randomly shot in the dark, they where a few,and his friends helped him....a lot of times, intruders are black, you cant see them in the dark,so you shoot and hope for the best

Hollow points are basically recommended self defence rounds by experts. They are designed to incapacitate as quickly as possible, It's got absolutely nothing to do with intending to destroy anything or them being evil or anything like that. In a self-defence scenario you shoot to end the threat, not to kill nor to cause minor injury but to stop them advancing towards you. Regular FMJ bullets are not good at this as they cause deep low diameter wounds which can take seconds or even minutes to take incapacitation effect in certain areas whereas the results of a shallow high diameter wound from a hollow point is far much more likely to take effect & incapacitate more quickly or even instantly. Incapacitation can be caused from trauma & shock, which are not necessarily life threatening, it depends on a variety of factors. Designers had these in mind to be used against an attacker that is coming at you which you need to stop coming forward in the event that they have a deadly weapon like a knife or blunt heavy instrument intending to possibly end your life. Or even if the defender is small & weak for example but the attacker coming forward is large & strong & you have good reason to believe they will do you serious harm. Another reason professionals don't recommend people use regular FMJ bullets in a self defence gun in the home is because they have the ability as mentioned to go through a person then through the brick wall behind them & keep going depending on the calibre, which can injure loved ones you may be trying to defend or even neighbours in the house next door. Hollow points are designed to cause minimum penetration meaning that in most cases they don't exit the person you have just shot in self defence as they usually stop inside them or at least only just exit meaning if used responsibly noone unintended will likely get injured. Having said all this even if he believed Reeva was a burglar he was irresponsible with his firearm & should never be allowed to own a gun again! One of the main rules of firearm self defence is to be sure that the target is a threat to your life or others before you pull the trigger. In order to justify him shooting through the door he would have had to warn the intruder behind the door he has a gun & ask them to identify themselves. He should have only shot if it was an intruder & they made a threat towards him like for example, I'm going to rob you, kill you etc or heard a gunshot from the intruder but he didn't. It was either just noise in the bathroom without actualy any speech from Reeva or her screaming, begging him not to hurt her. If he didn't think he was shooting poor Reeva then he should still get 8-10 years imprisonment for irresponsibility & manslaughter, if he meant to kill her then he should get 40-50 years imprisonment IMO! Thanks for your comment :-)

*Oscar's Story just DOES (NOT) make SENSE!* written 3/23/14 (1:32 pm) Oscar's story just does (NOT) make SENSE! Let's use YOU for example. You are LAYING in the bed with your significant other who you LOVE so VERY much. Then, you get up out of the bed and walk out of the balcony's door which is about 5 feet from the bed to get some blow fans. On your way back into the house, You all of a sudden, hear a NOISE and *REFUSE* to think that it's your significant other but a GUARANTEED BURGLAR. So, you (PURPOSELY) AVOID walking 5 feet to the bed to check to see IF your significant other is STILL in bed or is the RESULT of the NOISE that you heard. Instead, you walk BACK to the VERY BED where your significant other SHOULD be laying but do NOT at ANY point, check to see IF your significant other is in bed. You just use the bed for leverage as you kneel down on your knees to GET YOUR GUN from UNDER the bed. Then, you GET UP and RUSH TO THE RESTROOM and START BLASTING AWAY without 1st KNOCKING on the door or calling your significant other's NAME to see whether or (not) THEY are in the RESTROOM! Then, AFTER BLASTING AWAY at the UNIDENTIFIED TARGET, Then, and (ONLY) THEN, (after) you shot 4 TIMES, do you ALLEGEDLY get a little LOVE in your heart which MAKES you call out your significant other's name and when you do, you NOTICE that your significant other does (NOT) ANSWER BACK because they are TRAPPED (DEAD) in the restroom. So, you RUN and go get a CRICKET BAT to beat the door in so you can get to them to SAVE THEM! Yet, when you get to them, you DON'T administer CPR but instead you REMOVE your significant other from the CRIME SCENE and tote your significant other DOWN the STAIRS and when SECURITY calls, You tell SECURITY that EVERYTHING is FINE as you SIT THERE knowing that your SIGNIFICANT OTHER who you LOVE so VERY MUCH, is sitting in FRONT of You DYING! Then, and ONLY THEN, after your significant other completely DIES, you call security back and PRETEND to be ALL......SHAKEN....UP! OSCAR IS A (COLD) BLOODY and UNMERCIFUL KILLER! Like I said, Oscar's story just DOES (NOT) make sense! Well, we know that having BRAINS is NOT one of Oscar's STRONGEST points because IF it was, he would have came up with a BETTER story, INSTEAD OF thinking that His DISABILITY, FAME and FORTUNE would SAVE him.

Jack VanderHyde He handled the gun without gloves on. Sure, it doesn't really affect the prosecution case that much because Oscar already admitted to shooting her. However, hypothetically speaking, how would they of identified the culprit if he had claimed that it wasn't him? They wouldn't of been able use fingerprints for identification because the gun would of had Mangena's fingerprints on it now rather than Oscar's. Very unprofessional, they're just very lucky that OP admitted to the shooting, so they don't have to prove the identity of the shooter.

not exactly, so let me try explain and anyone can correct me if i am mistaken or wrong. 1. She was standing in front of the door (closed door) facing towards the door. 1.1 a shot was fired through the door into her hip causing her to drop backwards and down landing with her bum on the magazine rack. 2. There was a small pause according to a witness and to the ballistics guy; 2.1 Then 3 bullets where fired. 3. Bullet 2 either penetrated her arm or completely missed her causing bruising on her back. 3.1 Bullet 3 again either penetrated her arm or completely missed her causing bruising on her back. 4. Bullet 4 was the bullet that went through her fingers grazing them and entering her skull which caused her to collapse further with her head on the toilet seat and her body towards the magazine rack (either sliding slightly off or still sort of on top)

It doesn't even make sense, how does Oscar Pistorius wake up thinking there was a intruder in he's house and does not even give a second thought about the woman he loves sleeping right next to him before he fires shots at the bathroom door. If you woke up and thought there was a intruder in the house, the logical thing to do is to first check on the ones you love to warn them and to make sure the...y are fine. In he's case the one he loves was right next to him on the bed. Could he not at least touch her side of the bed to see if she's still on the bed next to him if it was too dark to see before recklessly firing 4 shots into the bathroom door. He did not even fire one shot, it was four!. Is the bathroom really were a intruder would try to break in? has this guy completely lost he's senses to even consider that maybe just maybe it was he's girlfriend that woke up to use the bathroom.See More

He should be put in Jail. Period. 1) Firing recklessly at bathroom without knowing exactly who is in there just does not make sense. For whatever reason, he is a dangerous man and should be locked up 2) For his action, intentional or not, someone is dead. Just for this, he should be jailed. Someone is dead that day Firing at the door without saying anything is just plain crazy. It could be his mom or dad or family member. No one in the right mind does that. He must be threatening his girlfriend who later locked herself up in the bathroom after he pointed gun at her. Being furious, he fired at the door with or without intention to kill. Then, he came out with a really lame reason. Intentional or not, he should be in jail. He is a dangerous man either way. No complain. He killed someone

*Ba-Ha-Ha-Ha! *Roux hurt his OWN case......* Also, Oscar shot Reeva with BLACK TALON bullets.... Black Talon bullets were DISCONTINUED in the year 2000 written 3/19/14 (9:27 pm) (Start taking reference from this post at 21:02) *Oscar used the MOST DANGEROUS bullets in the WORLD to KILL Reeva.* Oscar used Black Talon bullets to KILL Reeva. Black Talon bullets adds an additional wounding mechanism: cutting. When a Black Talon bullet expands, its copper jacket peels back to form six sharp claws. These claws protrude outward just slightly beyond the smooth outer edges of the mushroom-shaped lead core shoulder. As testified in lay terms by the captain, a person gets MAXIMUM WOUNDING from black talon bullets. Also, when black talon bullets impact HUMAN flesh, they OPEN UP and create 6 claws that are very sharp, to which begin TURNING/SPINNING while inside the human flesh and CUTTING as it SPINS while inside human flesh. 23:19 WOW, based on how hard it is to get the gun to fire, Oscar had PLENTY of time to yell into the restroom to see if Reeva was there before FIRING additional shots but of course we KNOW that Oscar could have checked 1ST to see if Reeva was in the restroom BEFORE shooting ANY shots through the LOCKED door. (Reference to HOW to fire gun 30:51) Also, ROUX got SPANKED by the Captain. Roux tried to use a witness statement to DISCREDIT the expertise of the Captain but the Captain, as you can SEE was DEFINITELY *(NOT)* having it. The Captain knows EXACTLY what he is talking about and explains things VERY WELL. Also, as the Captain stated, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shots can be fired VERY quickly. However, there was some TIME in between the 1st and 2nd shots because of the position of the wounds. At some point, Oscar ceased firing and in doing so, Reeva took another position and then Oscar CONTINUED firing at Reeva and that's what the wounds explain. Roux looks WORRIED after the Captain put the FACTS to him. Roux begins to argue to the point to where he is hurting Oscar's case because If REEVA was CLOSER to the door, it would make it EASIER for Oscar to HEAR her SCREAM when she SCREAMED (BEFORE/AFTER and BETWEEN) the shots, all of the TIMES when she DID! Also, after hearing the testimony of the Captain, Roux begins to STALL by asking for TESTS that will definitely NOT help his case. Roux does so by asking the captain to take impossible tests on the deceased. After the captain states that he cannot conduct a splinter test that Roux is needing to FURTHER incriminate Oscar :) , the DEFENSE teams ACTS as though they are CONFIDENT. They know that Reeva is buried and that CANNOT be done but using photos it MAY be possible but whether or NOT Reeva was in a DEFENSE position or NOT, does NOT mean that Oscar did NOT hear Reeva screaming, ESPECIALLY in between shots and *AGAIN*, IF Reeva was standing closer to the door, as Roux is indicating, then Oscar DEFINITELY would have heard Reeva screaming EVEN LOUDER. *Roux is TERRIBLY out of HOPE but is creating FALSE hope to use up Oscar's money.* Also, WHO does ROUX think he's kidding. Roux knows that the MEASUREMENTS of the SPREAD of the splinters are NOT necessary, especially AFTER the Captain has given his explanation of WHY the position that Roux indicated does NOT make sense. The Judge looks VERY MUCH like she BELIEVES the Captain because the Captain's testimony and EXPLANATION of what happened, REALLY makes sense. Also, If Reeva was in the position that Roux indicated then there would be MORE splinters on Reeva's lower arm. Inasmuch, Roux is trying to allege that Reeva was NOT in a defensive position and that she could have been shot in the head and arm while standing in front of the door, with rapid shots but the wounds PROVE that at some point, Reeva changed positions BEFORE the 2nd, 3rd and 4th shots took place. Roux is just STALLING for time so that he can use up Oscar's money and share more FLUFF with the court. Also when Roux drilled the Captain, the Captain agreed that some of Roux's explanation was consistent but the correct term that the Captain should have used is PROBABLE because the Captain stated that there were MORE ways to arrive at Roux's explanations of things. I'm SURE that the Judge will see this fact as well as the prosecutor. I am around 48:22 of the video. I look forward to posting MORE comments soon....

Near the end of this session the defense claims there was a spent projectile in the toilet, this could mean Osca may have kicked it in when he opened toilet door. This could mean that that particular projectile was very close to the outside of the toilet door. He may have been much closer when ha shot one of the bullets.

*The Reason WHY the Witness heard a SHOT and then a PAUSE and then 3 more SHOTS!* written 3/23/14 (1:18 pm) I think the Reason WHY witnesses heard a SHOT and then a PAUSE and then 3 more consecutive shots is because Oscar 1st shot ONCE and then PEEPED THROUGH THE BULLET HOLE of the door and seen where Reeva was, which was on top of the magazine rack, and THEN (after) NOTING Reeva's position, Oscar QUICKLY shot 3 more times PURPOSING to shoot Reeva's in the HEAD so that he would KILL HER instantly!

The PROSECUTOR is TOUGH.... *Thank the Lord!* written 3/19/14 (10:37 pm) After Roux got up with his FLUFF towards the end, the PROSECUTOR got up around 1:12 and RECAPPED Roux's version of the events and PROVED how Roux's version did NOT make sense according to the BULLET HOLES in the DOOR and according to the wounds that were afflicted on Reeva. I was watching the DEFENSE as the PROSECUTOR showed them how STUPID their interpretation of the events were and they were LAUGHING because they were BUSTED in their tracks and (DON'T) have a good DEFENSE. YET, they thought they were going to GET AWAY with that NON-SENSE that they dished out. At any rate, it's *DEFINITELY* a Great Victory for the PROSECUTOR today and for Reeva's family and friends as well as for US who KNOW that Oscar Killed Reeva WITHOUT a TRUE probable cause! Also, the PROSECUTOR had them to ZOOM in on the area near the toilet and THERE were seen SPLINTERS that came from the DOOR as a result of the bullets going through the door. So, that PROVES that Reeva WAS sitting in the position WHERE and HOW the Captain said she was because if Reeva would have been CLOSE to the DOOR as Roux suggested when she was shot, then there would NOT be splinters DOWN LOW and way over there near the toilet, and at the ANGLE that they are near the toilet. The splinters ON the toilet next to the flush, are consistent with the Captain's testimony about Reeva sitting on the magazine rack when she got struck with the bullets. Roux states at the end that the spin projectiles were found in the toilet and in the magazine rack. That could have happened when Reeva was shot NEAR the toilet and /or also when Reeva's head feel over onto the toilet seat. Roux's information HELPED the PROSECUTORS. Also, the spin projectiles in the magazine rack could be the result of the shots fired in Reeva via the position that the Captain indicated, or the result of Oscar picking them up and throwing them in the magazine rack himself. Why would we NOT think that Oscar would tamper with evidence? Oscar tampered with the MOST important EVIDENCE which is REEVA. Oscar carried Reeva down the stairs, THUS removing Reeva FROM the CRIME scene. IF Oscar would have left Reeva upstairs, the reenacting of the crime scene would have been easier but *Oscar carries Reeva DOWN the stairs but does NOT even TRY to administer CPR on her when he does* and *THEN* when security contacts Oscar, Oscar LIES and tells security that EVERYTHING is ALRIGHT but Oscar KNEW that everything was NOT alright because he was sitting there with Reeva's DYING BODY. As it turns out, Oscar WAITED for Reeva to die and PRETENDED like he wanted her to be SAVED so badly while in the presence of the doctor. This is WHAT we know, IF Oscar wanted Reeva to REALLY be SAVED, he would have IMMEDIATELY told security what happened and URGED security to call for help but INSTEAD, Oscar STALLS HELP for Reeva by telling security that EVERY thing is okay and then Oscar WAITS until HE can determine that Reeva was TRULY DEAD and THEN, he calls security back and pretends to be SO TRAUMATIZED to the point of NOT being able to talk.

Pistorious was the poster boy of disabled athletes. Lance armstrong has damaged the image of professional cyclists by doping

Michael Taylor It depends on which image you are referring to. in this case it is only character deformation of his own and not of other disabled athletes, because they are not victims of such conduct.

but he has done nothing to show that disabled athletes are different from others. He has shown no gratitude for the help he has received and people may think that the next disabled athlete will behave the same. Society tends to tar people with the same brush. The next person trying to make it to the top will have a harder time because of the conduct of pistorious IMHO

He should go to prison anyway. Someone could have been killed instead of his girlfriend. He has no right to take someone else's life. Only God knows the truth. If he escapes man judgement surly he will not escape God's judgment and wrath period.

For me, Oscar putting his head in his hands (as if hiding from the details) when talking about how he must of carried Reva out of the bathroom. thats when I would of expected to see real emotion, open tears, apologising in regret when re living the moment, the magnitude of such a mistake to a woman he loved. Yet he showed no emotion, nothing! I too was surprised when I heard he already had another girlfriend already! On watching the evidence so far, I believe him guilty of murder.

Bottom line is that whenever visiting OP, male or female, and they need to use the facilities during the night, they must first awaken OP and announce their intention prior to doing so.
