Nice house. Liked lamps in dining area. Littlebit dark may be bcos granite usage in floor. Overall excellent house.

Our cooking and food culture includes very strong flavours and orders so its always better to have closed kitchen or a working kitchen assosiated with our open kitchen.... So we can prevent the smell and oils from spreading... About the time we spent in our house its personal that where you spent the most time.... I myself enjoy most of the time spending in my room ... I like more lonetime.... Its good if you like but also kind of disconnect/ limit your time with your family... So dinning table maybe the important space all family is together so make it pleasent... Some people choose to eat in their room then you may totally disconnect from family.... Try not to that

Double height full glass window oke super pakshy ethe maintain cheyan padee pedum.. Even glass stairs. The cleaning will be the difficult part

Very beautifully and thoughtfully worked out architecture!! Great use of colour palettes in furniture, walls and bedspreads/ curtains....understated elegance, feeling of light, air and space!!! What a beautiful house!! Great choice of colors, tiles, light fittings and furniture. Loved the hanging lights in the dining room. The copper shades blends well with the green cushion on the chairs, the wooden furniture and the earthy tones used in the space.Living Room rug could have been slightly bigger such that it runs under at least the front feet of the sofa/chairs. A smaller rug would make the room look smaller 😊. Like the idea of incorporating plants wherever possible, but it is necessary that they are taken care of well. Dried and distressed plants in the bedroom looked a bit unappealing. Agree with you on smaller kitchens; they are more practical. Bedrooms looked great too, the third one upstairs is definitely a unique design. Kudos to the architect and team and thanks to Vishnu Vijay for showcasing such beautiful houses in your channel. Great job!!

I am watching almost all the Malayalam home tour video channel. one thing i like about you are, most of the times asking why to need 2 kitchens. Kitchen is for cooking & 1 is more than enough. Anyway, it's up to different person. We are not building show bedroom [to show guest] and actual bedroom [for sleeping]. i am also building a home now & nearing completion. just 2500 sqft, i call as practical home. cost approx. 1.60 CR due to premium material & forest teak wood. 4 bedrooms are compact size, since that meet the purpose. only one kitchen.

45% of the money is taken by the contractor... For all projects... They discourage labour contracts... I consulted many architects to provide me the plans which includes only the floor plan, excavation plan, elevation, electric and plumbing, structural, and interior. I thought based on this, we can buy the materials and build with a labourers... But everyone discouraging it.
