Do you sell the 3D printed nozzle? I need to do this exact thing with my 20w ortur but I'm pretty new to the laser scene as well and feeling a bit discouraged after trying to cut a few different media types. What thickness is this acrylic?

I have ortur lasermaster2 20w. Black acrylic. No air assist. Sometimes it cuts properly sometimes it won't. I have had my laser for 2 weeks. Why will it only cut the acrylic sometimes? Like you said it seems to melt back together at times. I dont understand. I have tried all speeds and all different power levels. Looking for consistency because this acrylic is getting expensive fast! Thank you for any help.

Could we just put black film over transparent acrylic? Any kind of masking maybe even tape to make cutting transparent acrylics possible?

Do you have both? I do (as well as several k40's) and the Orther does a great job as #1 it is FAR safer then the k40 (did you see the tube fail video), the safety issue list for k40 goes on and on. Second the k40 is junk out of the box, did you see all my alignment videos? The Ortur and NeJe just work out of the box. so sorry to say your comments are unfounded...
