I remember getting together my Xbox, PS2, ALL my games and driving to Game Crazy on a school night with my dad to trade it all in to get this bundle and the Halo 3 Collector's Edition. My dad was mad because he still had to put in an extra $150 or so to cover taxes and whatever was extra. I remember setting it all up that same night, being beyond excited to play, and getting my first achievement! I'll never forget it all, such precious memories.

Just thinking that in one year servers on Halo 3 perish, its just sad :(

This will always have a very warm special place in my heart. This was my childhood. Receiving this console on Christmas of 2007 and playing Halo 3 was truly the most fun time I've had in my childhood. Not having to worry about anything but playing Halo 3, having fun, and ranking up. The community was so fresh and new, customs games were going crazy every saturday night with infection, adventure maps, MLG variants and so many more custom games. Thank you Bungie for allowing us to participate in such an innovative and pure time for online multiplayer and matchmaking. I don’t understand why people hate the newest 360 dashboard I don’t really mind either of them but man the newest one was the one I grew up with

I love revisiting this channel. It is very relaxing and I love seeing him open up and review the stuff for us. And this - this is a classic that I remember well, playing Halo 2 on it at my friend's house.

seeing that start up made me smile

I almost cried when he started up halo 3, My childhood, all the memories, custom games infection, unlocking all the armor etc. All those are forever gone. Except in our memories.

Because they didn't have games on demand at the time so they couldn't, they only had arcade games. If that was the case that would of gave the game on disc like they did with previous bundles. They were probably lazy to bundle the game. Simple.

If that one should fail I'll walk down the street to my retro game store and buy another for $60 or so to replace it. I didn't get it to be worth money. I bought it to collect. I have quit the collection of retro factory sealed consoles and games to include arcade machines as well. If I wanted to sell stuff for real money than a factory boxed halo xbox would be the last thing on my list. I was just making a joke.

I have to agree but the rarest Xbox 360 console in my opinion and of i would say is thee Xbox 360 Xbox Live 10th Anniversary Edition that was a free gift to those whom had there Xbox Live Membership since thee beginning of when it launched in 2002 (Implying the name of thee edition of the console you had to have 10 years under your gamer card since / from 2002 til 2012 while being an xbox live member to be one of the lucky few to receive this awesome ultra rare limited edition console)

Nintendo never mention it again because it was an utter failure and wasn't a good system until late last year or early this year, when they addressed VR for the Switch and mentioned the Virtual Boy as an example.

I remember wanting to get the Halo 3 edition of the Xbox 360 so bad back in its heyday, but of course me being a broke 12 year old with a PS3 already; I couldn't get it. I eventually got a standard 360 I bought from a friend for $100 that came with the special edition of Halo 3 (the one that came with master chief's helmet). After all these years I still have the damn thing propped up in the corner of my room, a relic of the past when video games didn't want every single dollar in your wallet. Good times.

LovezHD I remember I was told about halo as a kid and I was broke asf so I had stolen it from bestbuy and got away with it. My gosh I promised myself to always pay for great games. I never in my life would of thought I could love a video game so much. My gaming addiction started there lol

I still play on Xbox 360 and I hear that startup song almost everyday

Still have my xbox 360 from 2009 and it’s working fine hope I can continue to use it for many more years to come

Omg this game used to be in a huge roll in my childhood I remember after school I’ll keep playing that campaign.

this was legit my frist Xbox 360!! I was surped when it didnt 't come with the game too! grandma bougth it for me for my birthday back in 2007 when I was 12 years old.

Men i remember when i got that xbox 360 for christmas and i was very happy, and that dashboard i love it

Halo 3 isn’t just a game, but a legend

I got my xbox 360 way to late where all the games were already released and my friends talked about it hundred billion times. But yet I enjoyed it so much playing halo 3. Not to be able to talk with my friends. I truly enjoyed the vibes back then. Everything was so easy and peaceful in life. Good memories.
