Both have superb voices.But if you force me to choose, I'll take Ariana. Her voice has better range and resonance. It just rings like a bell. And she has beautiful and perfect vibrato. With that voice ,she would have been a big success in any era. Listen to her very recent version of "Over the Rainbow" .She sings it acapela,sitting at her desk. Her voice is stunning !

I think Ariana has wider vocal range she is good at higher notes and falsetto, higher notes 6th octavo which Ariana easily and smoothly does that and it makes her a top singer

They're both great singers but Ariana's vocal run is great
